Yesterday I purchased beef ribs for the first time, buying a 4-bone pack at roughly $10 per pound, which ultimately cost me just under $40 total. This morning when I began preparing it to cook later I literally trimmed almost a pound of hard, dense fat away from the ribs. This fat would never completely render down in any cooking process, so I essentially paid almost $10 for fat. Thanks Colony Meats for overcharging on your products. Today we waited for over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. We finally went and asked and they told us they got backed up, I think she just forgot. Once we did get them, my husband who is lactose intolerant had cheese on his sandwich after requesting no cheese. There was also an employee who pulled a tick out of her neck while we were waiting and two other employees were touching it right near all of the bread that is unpackaged. We were very disappointed today and we are frequent customers.
