This is one of my favorite locations to order from. I would say 1 time out of like 12 they messed up my order but as soon as I called the manager made it right. This makes it so I can happily and comfortably order food online and know that it will be correct when I get there and if not they will make it right. They always serve their food fresh and hot. Delicious.
Tonight I placed an order from this location. The food was great but something I ordered was missing. Instead of pretending like he didn't realize it, he owned up to it, even did well with my puppy who unfortunately not behaving. He corrected the issue promptly and even went above and beyond.
