Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers

Took my granddaughter here and got her a kids meal. Her chocolate milk came in a very cheap styrofoam cup and she put a hole in it while putting her straw in the cup . They did not even offer to replace it. I will be getting her a gallon of chocolate milk now for the same price as that tiny cup. Hope they do better in the future

I called in an order, and the way one of the female shift leads talked to my girlfriend over the phone was just flat-out rude. Honestly, it was ridiculous. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by trying to pick up our food. I don't know many customer service jobs where you could talk to people like that and not at least get pulled off the phones, if not fired. It's crazy to make customers feel bad when they're literally trying to give you their business.

I've dealt with this employee before, and every time she just seems to have a salty attitude toward people. Maybe that's just how she is, I don't know, but it doesn't come across as professional at all. There's no reason to talk to paying customers the way she talked to us. We were polite the entire time.

The whole thing honestly ruined my night. We were just trying to grab a burger, head home, and have a good evening. Instead, we left frustrated because of one person's attitude. When I think about this place now, that's the first thing that comes to mind - not the food.

Honestly, I'd rather spend my money somewhere my girlfriend and I are treated like human beings than deal with that garbage again. Being polite really isn't that hard.

The food was good, like it always is. That's never been the problem. The problem is the customer service. I hope management has a conversation with her because it'd be a shame to lose customers over one employee's attitude.

I'll honestly be avoiding this location entirely because of this one employee.

It is super rare that I come to an establishment and give five stars, but the manager here who is also the cook here is phenomenal with his customer service skills. Food was great! There was an elderly lady in here who wanted to wait in her car and he offered to bring her food car side to her. It is very seldom nowadays that you have somebody who takes pride in their job and their establishment and also in their manager role/position. Would come back just for his personality and banter! Gonna try the chicken next time had the deep fried pickle burger this time.

Love Freakin's, HATE this location. I've been extremely turned off from what seems to be a manager or shift lead (or someone who THINKS they are) and their overbearing nature. Overstepping with customers' personal space and order pickup as well as tone towards staff. I absolutely dreaded coming to pickup or placing an order with her working window or counter because I seriously felt like her energy rubbed off on the place and made not only my experience uncomfortable but resulting in me enjoying my food less. I always want to ask for another team member but would that be considered rude? Idk, point is, I skip this location due to far too many rash encounters with this lady and that's shameful. Just keep in mind there's another location if your in the mood for Freakin's.

I'd use a different F word but this place was the bomb. Battered mushroom fries and bam bam sauce? Get you some.
