It never used to be this bad at this location. We waited literally over an hour for a hot and ready and breadsticks when we were told 15 minutes while ordering. The employees were all in the back. No one was up front filling orders. Some orders were being placed in the portal but were incorrect or incomplete. Our pizza was done way before the breadsticks so the pizza was cold and undercooked. Less than good. Burnt pizzas almost always. And the prices have gone up!? $7.41 for a cheese pizza. I’m done with this owner and the multiple locations owned by the same owner. I will go to Cottage Inn from now on.
