Akari was nothing less than phenomenal. It was my family’s first time here, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, she made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming.
At one point, another customer had an issue with their order, and I watched Akari handle the situation calmly and professionally with ease. Since it was our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and sweet while explaining everything to us.
