It was late, the automated AI cashier placed the wrong order twice . It wasn't a small mistake either. I wound up just paying the extras because the staff weren't much better on the register than the AI, I was tired of explaining a simple order. Offered him to read the food order off my phone and he acted like it was against company policy to be able to accept a list and read it themselves. I paid for an extra meal that ended up costing over $16 above what I intended...
We went thru the drive thru, the teller didn't know what she was doing. Had to ask for our drinks, napkins and utensils. She brings us back to the window a plastic bag, that is all. AGAIN we all for these same items, as she looks at us crazy, we finally get our drinks, no napkins or utensils, had to ask again. She brings is a paper bag and napkins this time. SMH 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ After all the bs we finally got what we were asking for and got on the road...
The only reason I gave a 4 was simply because I don't feel the drive thru should be automated. I appreciate the employees that come on and helped me out. Other than the automated drive thru, my order came out quick and it was accurate.
