After my latest mocha latte that tastes like water, I’m done coming to this location. If I’m going to splurge and spend over $5 for a drink, I need it to actually be what I order and taste good. I went to a different location today and my mocha latte tasted like a mocha latte. It’s not Tim Horton’s in general, it’s this location that consistently gets it wrong.
Great coffee and my order is always correct and comes out quickly. The fresh breakfast sandwiches are yummy and very fresh. I loved the Iced Capps! Those are my go to! Staff is friendly and knows the menu very well. I go here often in the drive thru.
I stopped in at the Grand Blanc location on Sunday at around noon and ordered a Mocha Latte. I was informed that they were completely out of regular milk and only had almond or oat milk available. I reluctantly accepted the oat milk, but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. The guy that served me, did apologize and tried to make the best out of the situation. There were about 5 or 6 young staff members behind the counter, and they were mostly standing around, laughing...
