I had an issue with the bananas being too ripe, Alexis brought me two new smoothies to my home, and they were perfect. Thank you for that, amazing customer service.
I accidentally ordered from the wrong hill road locations. Debby jumped in and help sort it all out and got my food made fresh in no time. Great customer service and fasting problem solving with the other store. 10/10 please take care of Debby as well as she takes care of your customers.
Awesome and very nice staff , fast online orders ..

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has received mixed reviews, but recent experiences have highlighted some positive aspects. While some customers have reported negative experiences, such as orders being messed up and poor food quality, others have praised the smoothie selection. One customer enjoyed a superb drink with the option to add whey protein. Positive feedback has also come from customers appreciating the friendly and professional service provided by staff members like Brenda, Gabe, and Nate. Despite a busy environment, they took the time to assist customers with app orders and handled challenging situations gracefully. The manager on shift recently demonstrated exceptional professionalism while training new workers during a rush. Although some wraps have received criticism for being poorly made, with soggy lettuce and unclean hummus, there is a growing appreciation for the cafe's atmosphere and staff. Improvements in food preparation and attention to detail are still needed to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction, but the potential for a great experience is evident.
