Stopped here for coffee. The manager brewed fresh coffee and brought it to us. It was just what we needed. So kind and courteous. Love to acknowledge those who care about their patrons. You knocked it out of the park. I wish I had asked asked him what his name was so that I could mention him by name in this review.
This place has come a long way. I honestly believe that Wendy's has the best fast food. I'm a fan of the chili, baked potato, chicken nuggets that contain good meat, delicious and fresh burgers, I just love this place. Absolutely adore the new frosty flavors and the coated nuggets and the baconator fries. The different lemonade flavors makes it worthy of a drink stop. But I got sick of this bitchy manager and a few unhappy crew. But they hired a ray of sunshine recently...
Food was okay, once I was able to place my order it didn't take very long to get, but they didn't take my order for 8 minutes. The store was dirty and there was trash everywhere. Nobody looked happy to be there and that alone makes me not want to return. It may have just been a bad day for everyone but effort makes a big difference.
