Aldea is your standard coffee shop located in downtown Grand Haven. We had a cup of tea and a glass of lemonade. Both were very good. The protein bite was very tasty. But it was priced higher than I preferred.

Excellent coffee and a cool vibe but they need to hire more staff. Waited in line 15 minutes just to order. Another 10 for my coffee. Only 3 baristas for a shop full of maybe 60 people? If their business is making such a profit - why not hire more staff? Not the baristas fault. They were nice and efficient just understaffed.

We had a espresso mocha. It was so good. Good enough to make me want to go buy an espresso machine. lol. The service was great as well. We didn’t eat here. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick wake me up. Prices were reasonable.

Aldea Coffee – Downtown Grand Haven I had an iced matcha latte with coconut milk, lavender, and honey, and it was absolutely the best! My son got a hot mocha latte and it was so good. Honestly, of all the coffee shops in downtown Grand Haven, this is by far my favorite. The service is amazing, the staff is so friendly, and the aesthetics are just beautiful. It’s the kind of place you want to linger in and soak up the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Convenience is a thing that contributes to an easy and effortless way of life. Getting coffee daily at Aldea for me is a big convenience as my office door is only 6 steps from their entryway. I have a coffeepot and a Keurig in my office, yet I still walk the walk and pay the price for an amazing cup of coffee served by amazing people. In my opinion, this coffee would be worth the inconvenience if I had to travel for it on a daily basis. My favorite is RAM'ON ENAMORADO.

I'm not quite a local anymore, but I'm also not a tourist. I was born and raised in Grand Haven but moved away awhile back. I still come into town for Coast Guard week and camp at the beach. Aldea has become my staple morning routine and remote work spot each morning I am in town over the last 4 years. The lavender latte is my favorite and I love the pecan maple cookies. The staff is so friendly and you always feel welcome. I get here right at 7 when they open to be able to get a spot with an outlet and order plenty of snacks and caffeine during my morning. I love that there are blankets so you can snuggle up and feel cozy. There is never a shortage of conversation or people watching. The wifi is stable, it's not overly loud, and just the perfect spot to spend a morning. I wish I had a place like this where I live, but the mitten will always be my home and I'm happy to support a local business. Thank you, Aldea for always being my little cozy slice each morning for a week during the year.
