I want to like this place, and generally like the coffee, but don’t want to be treated arrogantly when I ask for something larger than a 12oz cup of cold brew filled with 10iz of ice, and get the attitude that I’m asking the world.

FUN FACT: the baristas are typically wearing sunglasses indoors around the early afternoon hours - haha! The store is situated where the staff gets direct sunlight in their eyes when working the coffee bar. What a fun group of people! 😎

Aldea is your standard coffee shop located in downtown Grand Haven. We had a cup of tea and a glass of lemonade. Both were very good. The protein bite was very tasty. But it was priced higher than I preferred.

Excellent coffee and a cool vibe but they need to hire more staff. Waited in line 15 minutes just to order. Another 10 for my coffee. Only 3 baristas for a shop full of maybe 60 people? If their business is making such a profit - why not hire more staff? Not the baristas fault. They were nice and efficient just understaffed.
