Anna's House - Grand Haven

We've been customers of Anna's bpth here and in GR for years and we love the service and atmosphere. The food has always been pretty good. But...we can hardly afford to go there anymore! $6.75 for a glass of orange juice? We both had moderagte breakfasts yesterday, and with the tip it ended up to nearly $40...for BREAKFAST! I don't mind spending nearly fifty bucks for dinner but I am just amazed at the esclalation in cost of a breakfast...I think I'll just eat at home.

Parking: Parking down the side street near the store, or park into the parking lot near oddsides for more parking.

Had eggs, bacon, hash browns was delicious 😋

Sat there for over 25+ minutes for a door dash order only to be told multiple times. "A few minutes"

Got there at 10:32 order pickup time limit for me was supposed to be 10:43 or I'd be marked late. Sat there until 10:59 before order was unassigned.
Customer placed order before 10:30 for an eggs Benedict, and received food who knows when?
Store wasn't even busy there were like 6 people in there.

We ordered hot chocolate, there new breakfast wet burrito, and the kids traditionalist. Everything was delicious and fresh. Big shout out to Alexis who my nephew specifically stated she provided great service! Thanks for the great pre- school experience.

Kid-friendliness: Have kids menu with games and crayons.

Popped into this cute little eclectic breakfast place with my partner while visiting the area. We were seated right away and noticed the colorful upbeat vibe and prompt service by Shawna. Coffee was good. We enjoyed the chilaquiles and french toast.

We had a California Cobb wrap with fries. It was delicious. Kim was our server and she did an excellent job. Very friendly.

Beautiful place. Absolutely used to adore the ones in Grand Rapids, to have somewhere safe to eat. I was extremely disappointed when I came to Grand Havens building though.

I needed to talk to someone who ACTUALLY knows the menu. And what ingredients are used.

I find it very disrespected when your staff gives me a smart as smirk when I'm asking about vegan cheese when I just just ordered it off of the allergy vegan section.

IM ALLERGIC TO DAIRY AND NUTS AND AVACADO

Was still served with vegan cheese.

I didn't get to eat and was not refunded.

Nobody in your building could tell me what is in vegan cheese. USUALLY MADE FROM NUTS.

VERY ILLEGAL TO SAY ITS ALLERGY SAFE WITHOUT INGREDIENTS OFFERED.

TO HAVE THE RESPONSE "WELL I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYONE HAVE A REACTION TO IT YET" - your staff, the young/taller ladies, brown hair and nose peircing.... completely disrespectful.

EXCUSE ME!? I'm still never going to risk something threatening my life.

I don't think your staff knows what responsibility or respect meanings in work.

AND the table was rather disgusting.

Dietary restrictions: Ignore the part that says it's Allergy Safe..... THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE INGREDIENTS.

Visited Anna House in Holland, MI. I was blown away to find out what I've been missing. Food, service and atmosphere was simply awesome. Portions were huge! I told my family members that if they want a great breakfast, Anna's House is the place to go, hands down. And, the decor is interesting, beautiful, and well done. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Looking forward to visiting the Grand Haven location next.

Biscuits were very dry and hard most definitely lacking gravey! Eggs taste like rubber. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting Biscuits and gravey.
