The service here is great. The staff working here (Grand Haven) tonight (8/8/25) was very helpful. My car had caught fire in the curbside parking. They had called 911 and another employee put the fire out. The true reason I wrote this review is one of the staff members even came back out to check up on me. I appreciated that a lot. Thank you all for your help.

Everything felt like it had grease on it,like the fans in the kitchen were not working very well the main courses were good the spinach dip was awful nothing like I've tasted at Applebee's before

Sherman was absolutely one of the best servers I’ve ever had! He was super attentive, gave great recommendations, was friendly & clearly enjoys his job. The food was good, especially the appetizers but the service was great!! Ask for Sherman when you go!

Whenever I go to order a delivery, it tells me that it's closed on all platforms. They never deliver at home at night.
