I came in on a road trip super frazzled because nothing on my trip was going right, the barista Joss with the curly hair and glasses seemed to be able to tell I was upset and was super friendly and patient with me! I left the place in a much better mood after this interaction and will definitely try to stop in again next time I’m in Grand Haven!

Done with Biggby Grand Haven. The staff is friendly, but the service has completely slipped. I’ve been loyal for almost 12 years, and for the last seven months it has been the same story every time. Long waits. Wrong orders. Every. Single. Visit.
Example. I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese, paid for extra, and only one side had any cream cheese. It feels like the details just do not matter here anymore. And I am not someone who likes going back to get a fix, because it already takes forever to get the first order. So the money is wasted and I just deal with it.
I’ve spoken to the manager three times and nothing has changed. If you look at other recent reviews, it is a pattern. Coupons are offered as a solution, but by the time I even feel willing to try again, they have expired. That says enough.
The Spring Lake Biggby is two minutes away and is run by a different owner, and the difference in service is night and day. That’s where I’ll be going from now on.
Something has to change here, because this is beyond frustrating. After months of giving chances, I’m done.
Worst service for a quick coffee I have ever encountered. Going through the drive thru window, they had each car wait 5 minutes in between ordered their orders. My iced coffee took 20 minutes to get this morning. It was a joke

Waited way too long for 1 drink 20+ minutes Plus had to reuse my card 3 times cause it wasn't going through, cause their machine wasn't working, won't be returning, then charged my card twice, and coffee tasted miserable.

service here is always amazing and the people are so friendly. good food and drinks are great. but there is no air conditioning in 85 degree heat so being in there is unbearable. i wish i could sit in to enjoy my food but i just cant when it's like this. and i feel really bad for the workers who are sweating and suffering in the heat. please fix it!

Absolute baffled by how much help I couldn’t get I sat there and watched as multiple orders went by and they had my drinks made,, I sat there and waited an extra 25 minutes for one bagel to come out out of the three I had.. after Six or seven people got bagels before me. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for the other two needless to say I’m never coming back to this place.
