Terrible service. Went through the drive thru for 1 coffee….. waited 10 minutes at the window to receive my coffee. This was also mid day so it wasn’t busy. Save yourself the time and go over the bridge to the biggby in spring lake, they’re faster, nicer and their prices are actually cheaper.

Pathetically slow. Ordered a small coffee. One car in front - 20 minutes of wasted time. Crazy slow. Avoid. Go to Spring Lake location that is only 2 minutes away.

If it wasn't for the bagel tasting good. Probably wouldn't come back to this location. The service time for the drive thru ilhas gotten slower and slower. Today was 13mins from start to finish. Sometimes it's 5mins. Sometimes 10. It has been 15. Just inconsistent. The quality of the drink and food are always good. Just the service time.

Absolute horrible service waited 10 minutes in drive thru with no one in front of me just to get to the window and get the wrong size drink. I'm pretty sure all they did was add more ice to make up the difference in my drink. If it weren't for taking the wife a hot drink on her lunch break there's no way I would have waited.

I came to get a drink on my lunch break and waited 30 minutes before leaving the line with the car in front of me because they only moved up one car in that entire time. I had to go back to work at this point, and didn’t have time to run home for food anymore. I usually have pretty good service here so not sure what happened? However, everybody was very frustrated,

This morning took us 50 minutes through the drive thru to get two drinks. My order was taken and paid for within 20 min, one frozen drink was made and melting on the counter while they took another 20 minutes making the other drink. The baristas were all busily working, but I am not sure on what. I will not be going to this location again!

Worst drive thru service ever. Not only waited in line 20 mins plus to finally arrive 1 spot behind the order box and then not responding to the woman for another 15 mins. I left and there was not a single person in front of her, no cars at the window. HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

just Came in and got an iced teddy bear the person working had cool piercings and their hair up. Was super nice and had good customer service <3.

I stopped at the drive thru this morning and the person in front of me ordered 4 drinks and pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker and I was not acknowledged. I sat there for 8 minutes and heard nothing but I figured they were just busy making the drinks for the person in front of me. I ended up having to leave and when I pulled around no one was in the drive through!!! Meaning they forgot to take my order! I worked at this location with the original owners and I know there is atleast 3 different ways to check if someone is at the speaker in the back. I would just take the extra minute or 2 to stop at the spring lake location.
