literally love a whopper and it's always good when I get it, but literally longest wait in a drive thru line even if you're the only person there. but every bk I've ever been to is like that so I'm not taking away stars for it.

Burgers were good. Fries ok. Nice big medium drinks. Biggest issue is the cost. About 40 dollars for 3 meals these days. Also was in drive-thru for 18 minutes.

I do not know what is wrong with the people at this location, but they do not have their stuff together at all. I sat at the drive thru pickup window for literally 20 minutes before anyone even asked me what I was there for. Then I watched them finally get started on my order right in front of me. Are you serious? What was going on in there that whole time?

The BK on 31 in Grand Haven is okay most of the time. They stay busy and have pretty good customer service and they are pretty good about giving you whatever you ordered correctly. The dining room and the bathroom are usually both clean and well stocked.

Food is as expected, and restaurant is pretty clean. However, service is very slow - it took almost 15 minutes for a breakfast croissant and 2 breakfast burrito jr.'s. It is definitely not FAST Food.

On 09/27/25 at approximately 8:39 pm I came to the Grand haven location to pick up a order and the staff here had zero interest in helping any of the customers at the counter, I was here for more than 15 min and was not only ignored but nobody asked if they could help, this location should just be closed at this point

If you ever wondered why burger king is closing so many....this is the perfect example. Refused to take my order at the drive through which says, any lane is my lane. Then I pulled up to the window and I was curious what the evil blonde granny had to say. She asked my name for a mobile order. And I gave her one. She actually gave me some random order....pathetic. choose somewhere else. They'll just chose for you. Actually, ill be popping in sometime for one of those corporate receipts bye bye burger king. Even my dog knew she wasnt going to give us any food.

The drive through host was rude and did not give us any syrup to go with the French toast sticks we purchased. When I called the location to let them know of the error, I was hung up on twice.
