The manager literally ignored a lady who wanted to address an issue the to young girls were disrespecting and rude to the lady. Not to mention our food was cold and we waited over 20 mins to get our food . There was no reason for the wait other than employees avoiding ignoring and completely disrespectful. Do not go here the kitchen do t change gloves

Was in line Sunday behind 2 car's and waited almost a half hour.when I walked in the building because we still didn't have food I was told go to McDonald's if I didn't like the wait.not the first time with bad service but it was the last time I will go there.

The Grand Haven Burger King has been doing a great job in the mornings. I get fresh food everytime and they are friendly to me and my Grandaughter Gracie. Manager always says hi gracie. So, I really appreciate all of the team members who work in the morning at Burger King in Grand Haven! Mabe they can make G.H. B.K the training store for West Michigan. I know my French toast sticks will be delicious! THANK YOU!

Their prices Definitely have got Too high ,, and their food is not the size it used to be ! It's smaller than it was even 5 years ago ! I only went there due to was hungry ,, and too far from home to make a breakfast ! Next time ,, I'll just wait till I get home ,, cheaper,, and Alot better food!

Got an impossible whopper w cheese here on 12/7/24 at about 5pm. Worst impossible burger I've ever had in my life, they also forgot cheese at first and I had to go back in and request they put it on. The burger was so dried out it was hard and crumbly. Never experienced that in my 7 years as a vegetarian lol

Ordered a medium diet coke. Was shell shocked at the price 3.28 for a medium coke. What a rip off will never go to burger King again
Only reason you got a one star review is because I can’t give a zero. Two days in a row they didn’t give me my full order. Actually received something completely different yesterday in place of one of my items. Today I called to complain and the manager tried using the we are busy excuse and that they had a line to the road and that they are under staffed. They didn’t have a line to the road when I was there and also I’m pretty sure most places are understaffed, so that’s a poor excuse. Then he hung up on me when I argued back. Poor customer service and honestly just terrible food. Will not be going to this location again. Learn to own your mistakes and not argue with a customer. I’ve gone to places far busier than your restaurant and have never had a problem getting my full order. Maybe everyone there needs to be retrained(including the managers).

I ordered the Gomez meal online, when I came to pick it up they took a while to get me my order (probably 10-15 minutes at the window). Which is whatever it was pretty busy so I get it, BUT I get home and there’s NOTHING on my burger. Tried to call them to see if there’s something they could do about it, but they never answered the phone. So now I’m sad and hungry.

Went and got food in the drive thru ordered 2 meals same size we pull up they hand us 2 different size pops then we had to tell them we went a pulled away from the window and realize they didn’t put the hash browns in the bad so my wife ran in there to tell them and it was 20 questions of what’s your name we don’t have a order for you she told them we just got our food in the drive thru this is my name then asked what did we order. And so on and so on then they finally gave us what we paid for then we went to go leave then realized there is hair in everything from the hash brown they just gave us to my wife’s sandwich. We ended up just throwing it away and going across the street to McDonald’s cause we didn’t have time to wait for them to fix what they did and the 20 question s
