Overall decent experience. Server was very good. Food was a bit mixed. My wife's brisket was OK but hard a ton of fat served with it (more than what we normally have experiencedat most bbq places). One of our table had the collard greens and said they were fantastic. The chicken wings were good but the ranch was more of a dill veggie dip vs ranch. Blue cheese dip for wings was great. Got there at 12 on a Tuesday and got a seat right away. It was past tourist season and after school started, so very slow business wise. A hidden gem, very good barbecue meals and a good variety of side dishes. The locals would do good to frequent this place and keep it in business. They brew their own beers and have a large selection of other drinks and smoke thier own meats. Other items on menu are also house made.
I got the pulled pork with green beans, fried apples, cornbread waffle. Everything was very good and good sized portions. Several different bbq sauces to choose from but I combined 3 for the perfect sauce for me.
