You might as well not be open if you're out of half of your ingredients. Out of roast beef, corn beef, some of your cheeses. I think I'd prefer not being open as apposed to damaging the goodwill.

Came here 7/27 before a concert and the service and food was stupendous! Especially the young woman who was taking orders who despite several rude guests that I witnessed remained cool and collected and professional and made the best out of stressful situation. Throughout my dining experience continued to be kind and a great host to myself and other members of my party. Thank you sooo much for the excellent service!

Cute sandwich shop offering many inspired meat sandwiches but falls flat on vegetarian offerings with them feeling like an afterthought. If they just shuffled some ingredients around they could have some really good ones too

Vegetarian options: Got the Rhinestone Cowboy, which I was expecting to be really good but it was bathed in their ranch sauce. It felt like I was eating a ranch wrap with how much was coming out.

Typically this is one of our favorite places to visit in Grand Haven and we visit a few times per year. The grilled cheese and salads are delicious. Disappointed today that we couldn't have a salad because they don't have any containers to put one in. Seems odd. Also, the grilled cheese sandwiches weren't cooked... the cheese wasn't melted. ?

The first thing that happened was the staff told us it would take 25-30 minutes because one person was training and another one disappeared. The third one eventually showed up and looked stoned. He just sat on the counter on his phone while the others half worked. They were actively dissuading people from ordering and ignored people in line, likely so they wouldn't have to do their job. The sandwiches we eventually got were mediocre at best and you'd be better off throwing some bologna on some Wonderbread.

I will absolutely wait an hour at the Toasted Pickle then ever step into this place again. I've been coming here for vacation for almost 30 years and this may have been the most disappointed I've ever been in an establishment.

I’ll give it 1 star because the food was decent. This place had THE RUDEST staff I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I’ve never in real life had someone respond the way the employees did and continue speaking the way he was to my wife and I. It was appalling. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but WOW. He needs some training on how to speak to customers. Better yet, how to just speak to people in general. We tried this place out at the recommendation of friends, needless to say we will not be going back.

I had an amazing experience at Electric Hero Sandwich Shop in downtown Grand Haven, Michigan! The Buffalo chicken melt was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The customer service was exceptional – I felt truly valued and appreciated. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a fantastic meal and friendly service.

Only saving grace for a 1 star rating was the nice cashier . Got both our orders wrong and one of the sandwiches the Capriest was so horribly made . Cold and had NO CHEESE, that's the main ingredient !! Service was xtremely slow n it wasn't even that busy . Overpriced for the small amount u get n slapped together sandwiches tht were subpar . Go elsewhere to get sumthing to eat pls

Went in for lunch today, had a great experience! We enjoyed the grilled cheese and tomato basil, as well as the inglorious bbq pork and pineapple sandwich! Best lunch in awhile!
