Got a sub here yesterday and the Employee was very nice and went out of his way to make small talk and be friendly. It caught me off guard because I’m so used to mediocre service from staff in these chain restaurants. Food was very good also

If I could give 0 starts I would. First, my girlfriend was in there for 45 minutes for two regular sized subs. Second, my sub was not made correctly after she repeatedly asked them for rosemary parmesan bread and to add pickles. I got neither. They also told her after 30 minutes my sub was “made wrong” so they were just now throwing it back on. Then it was another 15-20 minutes after that and it was still made wrong. As for her sub, she asked for the original Italian just the way it comes. Simple enough, but when it came to her he just slapped the bread on no sauce. When she asked what it typically comes with, he wasn’t sure and pointed to the board above which doesn’t list sauces or anything else just meat. One guy was given the wrong sub and had to get called back and hand in his sub and then wait for the correct one. Where was the manager? It was just three young boys who clearly needed help.
