Got a sub here yesterday and the Employee was very nice and went out of his way to make small talk and be friendly. It caught me off guard because I’m so used to mediocre service from staff in these chain restaurants. Food was very good also

I love Jersey Mike's gluten-free food and go there often. They prepare my food at a separate counter and are extremely careful not to get in contact with gluten. This last time, however, the server started to make my order at the regular counter and I had to stop her. Another person who knew how to make a gluten-free order finished my order. So go there for gluten-free food, but make sure they’re careful.
