Recently used their text to order for a pizza that was half pepperoni, half cheese. Order was sent through but apparently they changed my order to all pepperoni. When I called to see if I could get a new pizza remade, they said that because I "confirmed the order" (didn't confirm anything just didn't click on the receipt), they couldn't remake the pizza. This is ridiculously terrible customer service. The only thing they could offer was a "discounted" pizza? Comon guys, I have the text of what I ordered, this shouldn't be that difficult. Never heard of a pizza place screwing up an order and refusing to remake the pizza afterwards. Edit: attached are the texts I got. In what world would I think to open the receipt to see if they got my order right when it states what I ordered in a previous text less than 5 minutes beforehand??

Jet’s Pizza here in Grand Haven has me Blown away! I’ve been coming here every Saturday. The pizza is always ready within the time they say, and always hot.The customer service is outstanding and the staff always greet me when I come in! I usually don’t write reviews, however this Jet’s Pizza made me write one. Keep it up!

Expensive pizza and we ordered bbq pizza and got home and found out that they failed to drizzle the bbq sauce on top. Figured we could do without it but they hardly had and bbq sauce on it so it was super dry. I should receive next one for free. So disappointing the quality has gone down.

This is the best Jet’s Pizza location. I’ve been a customer for years and they are always friendly, quick, and the pizza is cooked to my specifications. I’m always disappointed when I go to a Jet’s Pizza in Muskegon or elsewhere because the pizza doesn’t taste as good and it takes longer to make. This is the best Jet’s Pizza all around. Five stars!

I’m so impressed with the employees at this location. I am medically forced to be gluten free. Eating at restaurants is difficult because it’s hard to trust that what you get will truly be GF. Tonight I ordered a GF pizza and added the turbo crust on it. Some super dope on their game employee caught that the butter used in the turbo crust isn’t GF. They called me when it was on its way out the door to confirm if I would be able to eat it. Since I couldn’t, they fixed it and sent me a hot fresh delicious pizza that won’t make me sick for weeks. I appreciate this diligence- it truly means a lot.
Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pizza is one of the best I’ve had (and the ONLY deep dish one I’ve ever seen.) The employees pay close attention to dietary restriction orders. I’m impressed.

We have ordered food from here several times and have not had issues. However today we found our pizzas to be under cooked - it was still very doughy. I called the store to let them know about our issue, and they were only willing to give me a $5 credit on my next order for the inedible food. We spent $36 dollars on our pizzas, this was the best they were willing to offer. They just kept telling me that the pizzas were cooked according to their instructions. When I asked if I could have new pizzas sent or a credit for the amount I paid, the manager replied that the new pizzas would be cooked the same as the others ones, so he didn't see much point of sending new ones. I hope the $36 was worth a customer a regular customer and a poor review
