Food is high key gross, the slice pizzas are reheated. The owner is disrespectful, when your trying to say something he talks over you, and when someone is in the background of even if a tv is on, he tells the person that’s on the phone to tell the other person to be quiet. Like we can’t talk in your own house. The managers are nosey if your wanting to speak to someone else they ask for what and who’s calling like it’s their business; its not!! Just overall a bad place and bad experience.

Recently used their text to order for a pizza that was half pepperoni, half cheese. Order was sent through but apparently they changed my order to all pepperoni. When I called to see if I could get a new pizza remade, they said that because I "confirmed the order" (didn't confirm anything just didn't click on the receipt), they couldn't remake the pizza. This is ridiculously terrible customer service. The only thing they could offer was a "discounted" pizza? Comon guys, I have the text of what I ordered, this shouldn't be that difficult. Never heard of a pizza place screwing up an order and refusing to remake the pizza afterwards. Edit: attached are the texts I got. In what world would I think to open the receipt to see if they got my order right when it states what I ordered in a previous text less than 5 minutes beforehand??

Jet’s Pizza here in Grand Haven has me Blown away! I’ve been coming here every Saturday. The pizza is always ready within the time they say, and always hot.The customer service is outstanding and the staff always greet me when I come in! I usually don’t write reviews, however this Jet’s Pizza made me write one. Keep it up!

Expensive pizza and we ordered bbq pizza and got home and found out that they failed to drizzle the bbq sauce on top. Figured we could do without it but they hardly had and bbq sauce on it so it was super dry. I should receive next one for free. So disappointing the quality has gone down.

This is the best Jet’s Pizza location. I’ve been a customer for years and they are always friendly, quick, and the pizza is cooked to my specifications. I’m always disappointed when I go to a Jet’s Pizza in Muskegon or elsewhere because the pizza doesn’t taste as good and it takes longer to make. This is the best Jet’s Pizza all around. Five stars!
