This KFC is good. Chicken was fresh and not soaked with grease. The staff were very slow and didn't get all the components of the meal. Many people had to go back up to the counter to get sauces or parts of the meal that was left out. The young man running the counter was polite and was doing a far job, while the lead was demanding. I would recommend some customer service training and some leadership training for those who think they are leading. Although the staff were slow...
A few things. I got the chicken little meal. And I left with hard bread on my sandwiches. I was about to leave a really bad review because I was hangrey (not going to lie) but the angel of a manager (she had red hair) she took care of my order and gave me an extra chicken little!! I appreciate her so much for that! As for atmosphere I noticed that their was a guy yelling out the drive through window at some customers to move there car. I would say that was a bit disrespectful...
While the lady at the counter was great at customer service, she had no idea about running the register, and had problems counting out change. I had to correct her twice to get the correct amount. Otherwise she was great, and so was the food.
