The place smelled great from the moment we stepped in the door! So many luxury chocolates, fudge and ice cream. We just wanted a little something after eating lunch, and you can buy individual pieces of you want. I got mocha and Irish cream truffles, one of each. We paid $5 for four hand crafted truffles and they were delicious!

I have read the reviews as well as responses from the owners. I will pay the price for the great food and great service. However, I will never spend my money where there is awful customer service. The store rep with the first initial "L" did everything possible not to help me and my family. People of color should be treated like everyone else.
Loved coconut flavor ice cream and cherry chocolate ball. Chocolate walnut fudge was nice too.

Love Kilwins and the one in Grand Haven is really close to the beach and other shopping. Kilwins always has great flavors and smells amazing. Staff is always friendly. Higher price point for ice cream.

75 years of sweets! How can you go wrong? You cant, this place was really good! The fudge was tasty on a hot August day. We ordered two pieces of fudge to go so we could munch on it while we headed to the car. Kilwins has the perfect spot as they are in the heartbeat of Grand Haven's shopping district. I was overly impressed with this particular area. It was like going back in time, when things were much simpler. The fudge was great! There are many upon many choices to choose from, so be prepared!

Very disappointed. My sister and I bought 2 pieces of fudge and both received stale , hard fudge!! I had asked for a middle piece and was told they don't serve it like that. No refunds or credit given and when I emailed them they never responded. These places are way too over priced to receive bad products and bad customer service!!!
