It's not exactly the type of tea you are looking for but manageable. If you are a fan of south asian type or hot chai, please make the order after thinking carefully.Before you order, check the menu and be specific about which type of chai you want or the beverage else it can go wrong which happened in our case, we order simple milk chai and it turned out to be the creamy, cold one.It's a small shop but with great ambience, you can get really cute gifts over here.Around the taste, I won't comment because I expect south asian chai as per the menu details and it turned out to be something else so I couldn't have it completely.

Products are good quality as well as tasty and affordable but staff has no sense of urgency when there’s a line of people. Waited 20+ minutes for 1 drink while had food ready next door. Guy behind us left it took so long. There was no quickness or hustle. Proceeded to have everybody waiting instead. Felt bad as staff was very nice, maybe just need more than 1 worker at rush instead.

The lady that made my drink did an excellent job, she was quick, helpful and put good effort into making my drink.The drink by the way was wonderful, I got the passion bomb. I'll be back again on my next visit to Grand Haven.

Bubble tea shop that serves the tea you would want. The owner was taking our order and running the place when we arrived. She was very nice. We ordered the cookies and creme milk shake with tapioca bubbles. We enjoyed this very much.

Delicious drinks with lots of options. I loved the peach mango slushy with pineapple jellies. We had a large group with lots of kids and the staff was very patient and friendly.

Exactly what you'd expect to see in terms of vegan sushi. Cucumber rolls, avocado rolls, pickle rolls, tofu skin rolls, etc.
Still really tasty, but they don't offer any "complex" vegan rolls that incorporate multiple ingredients.
