Husband ordered breakfast in the drive thru at 10am. It was busy and they were telling people to park and wait for food. All the cars waited a hour! 11am they left! Noone received food. People went inside multiple times to check on food. Not one single car left with food. Waiting a hour is unbelievable. No communication from the staff. Awful awful awful location.
We love eating breakfast at the Grand haven McDonald's. The staff is friendly; the food is always tasty and the coffee is the best. It's our happy place. Thanks crew for always making our day.
a happy place to be to start the day- we go once a week after cancer treatment and are always greeted with smiles and some of the staff know our order. It is always clean; a hard working young lady is always cleaning the tables, floor, walls, and greets us with a smile while she works. Manager super and we leave happy. Corporate could take a second look at some prices- Thanks McDonald's Grand haven for always making our day special.
