Husband ordered breakfast in the drive thru at 10am. It was busy and they were telling people to park and wait for food. All the cars waited a hour! 11am they left! Noone received food. People went inside multiple times to check on food. Not one single car left with food. Waiting a hour is unbelievable. No communication from the staff. Awful awful awful location.

No clue how this place has such low reviews, maybe its the day shift thats ass. I've never had such FRESH and fast food from McDonald's. My hubby was joking around with the cashier and he took it in stride. Dude went and checked what pies he had without huffing and puffing. We went last as hell on a Sunday and their ice cream machine was still running, they didn't say it was broken just so they wouldn't have to clean it again. This is chickfila level service.

I sometimes order breakfast via the app for a drive thru pick up at this location. Cant go wrong with some classic McDonalds breakfast sandwiches! The employees are always friendly, and my food is made fresh. They are usually pretty quick, too, even when the line is super long. They do a great job keeping up!

I come every morning for breakfast. I have never had an issue with my order. Your employee handed me my orange juice this morning, and clearly, it is mostly water. I questioned it and was told it should be fine. She checked it this morning. Never offered me a different drink or tried to redo the orange juice. Never going back.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. Drove out to be told it wasn’t ready, then when it was ready they forgot my other items so I had to go back in AFTER waiting 20 minutes for an order I put in 40 minutes ago. Won’t be returning.

I only ever get an egg mcmuffin at McDonald's. And it was good.
We love eating breakfast at the Grand haven McDonald's. The staff is friendly; the food is always tasty and the coffee is the best. It's our happy place. Thanks crew for always making our day.

Went through the drive thru and after I paid, they told me the chocolate shake was out and that I could either wait 2-3 minutes or get a different flavor. 10 minutes later they bring the food and NO shake and ran back inside.
Then I proceeded to try and call 3 times and they ignored every single one.

Look, I mean the service has got to be something especially good or bad to go out of your way to review a McDonald's, but the quality of this breakfast was remarkable!
The employee apologized for the near non-existent wait time, so it's clear you've got very conscientious staff, and on top of that the actual product was made to perfection. I'll never have another McGriddle well made or a hash brown crisped so delightfully.
Great start to a long drive home!

I have ordered many breakfast burritos at McDonalds over the years and every McDonalds usually puts picante sauce in the bag without me ever having to ask for it. Today it wasn’t in the bag. So I went in to get some and the lady was super rude to me when I asked because I didn’t know there was a choice between hot or mild (it’s always in the bag I had no idea there were choices) good customer service goes a long way and bad customer service gets bad reviews, this McDonalds sucks and I won’t be back.
