Been coming here for the past twenty years with my family. Has always been good service, good communication, awesome food, and very friendly until today. We always spend $50 to $100 but some how this time the person at the front register made us feel unwelcome. Advise: customer service is the key for good relationship with your customer and repeat business. Please make sure whomever is taking orders understands the importance of being friendly, kind, and understand that good customer service goes a long way. Using the word thank you goes a long way.
Ordered a thin crust pizza but didn't want it soggy so I asked for sauce on the side, which they refused and offered me marinara even though they put no sauce on the pizza or let me rephrase that almost zero sauce isn't that what a pizza is is with pizza sauce

My first time eating at Mr. Scrib's.
I had a difficult time parking as I drive a larger vehicle. There aren't many parking spots, unfortunately.
I walked into the store and was barely greeted. I explained it was my first visit, and she rolled her eyes at me like was an inconvenience. Disappointed, I placed my order, paid, and walked out.
When I returned to pick up my order, I saw a plaque stating they had been in business since 1961! I was greeted with a fantastic smile from a different cheery face, I was thanked for my business and given well-wishes for great food!
The pizza (1/2 deluxe and 1/2 pepperoni) and cheese breadsticks costing approximately $35 was excellent, and the ingredients tasted fresh!
Not enough toppings l drove an hour just to eat there. We had better before there. I was very disappointed ?

Best pizza I’ve ever had in my 33 years of life. Went here today. Every aspect of the pizza was amazing. I’m a big pizza guy and this pizza blew me away. I’d heard about them a lot over the years. If anything they are under hyped!

We had been in town a few days, everyone was exhausted and hungry, we kind of forgot that the restaurants close earlier than they do in Florida, so after being turned away from one restaurant we went quickly to Mr Scrib's like 15-18 minutes before close.
I was hoping they would serve us and would be thrilled if the staff wasn't upset. Not only was the staff not upset but they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, from beginning to end. My husband and I ordered a pepperoni pizza along with two appetizers- jalapeño poppers & brocoli cheese nights. Holy cow, freakin delicious!! All of it. Excited to visit there again next time we are in town ? Thanks a mil ya'll, for being so great to our crazy, late, family!
