Simple, delicious ice cream experience. The first time I went, my cup wasn't big enough and they wouldn't give me a bigger cup or split it up into two cups. They did give me an extra cup, but doing it myself was extremely messy. They were pretty rude about it too, so I had to drive home with this dripping all over my car. Second time I went for ice cream (months later) they accidentally gave me soft serve, but they remade it for me and it was in a bigger cup with a top, so much easier to transport. Everyone was kind and helpful this time around. I would recommend them after this last interaction. It's a very popular spot where lots of older and middle aged couples hang out. There's limited parking, but there are a few tables for people to sit and socialize while you eat.

There is no need to order anything in a large size unless you have a stand-up freezer. They can't pass a large twist in a cone out the window, too tall. That being said... best place in town for an icy treat on a hot day.

Great ice cream- with overly large servings!! It was nice showing up with our dog and seeing 4 other dogs there- all week behaved and happy!!
The giant four-in-a-row game was a fun little pastime, too!

Fun option in Grand Haven. The portions are obscenely large! Downside, they cannot do hard scooped shakes. A soft serve shake should not be an option at anyplace that peddles real ice cream. Definitely worth the stop. Plenty of seating and friendly service. Invest in a shake mixer!!
