The food is very good. However, we ordered several firewood pizzas. They all seemed to have fairly bland pizza sauce. Like there was hardly any Italian spices in the sauce. Parking was a challenge. They kite festival was on and there was no one posted outside verifying that people parking in their lot were dinning at Noto's. One person in our party and their family members had to walk 1 mile to and from their car. It is nice to be on the beach.
Your team was great - so professional, accommodating - and great food. It was lovely to bring our group of 18 for a family reunion lunch. Blizzard outside - but warn and friendly inside.

We sat outside and there were 2 large groups (seated at about the same time). It took 45 minutes from ordering to getting our food. The other group left before we got food.
Items weren't delivered with meals and were forgotten several times. Water was never checked on or refilled.
The food was good, specifically the pizza. Others at my table...
