Rip off, I got two kid size soft serve ice cream and they charged me $14!!!!! So unorganized, I don't think this kid even knew what he was doing at register. They were spurting numbers at him, and he was just doing it. The prices they were given people were all over the place. I know how much overhead there is on ice cream, I used to own an ice cream shop. I expect a higher price being at Grand Haven Beach, but this was off the charts. That was to the point of unethical. A family should be able to enjoy the beach and go get some ice cream and not have to pay as much as they would for A meal a four at a fast food restaurant. Definitely won't be back. I should have let him keep the ice cream and just walked out, but I will say it was busy, but being close to the beach they should be used to being busy.
We vote this place the best ice cream in Grand Haven. But all of them earn their own merit. This was delicious. We got it twice in one vote
Fix your hours! I drove from GR to have ice cream and walk the pier. Nope they closed!
It was good. Just your basic ice cream. Conveniently located but way too expensive. $8+ for one waffle cone that was barely over 1 scoop.

7+ dollars for a kids size banana soft serve in a cup. Ridiculous! We will not be back.
The kids closing last night had great service and attitudes even up to the last minute of close! Thank you for your patience!
Trash service! Kids don't want to work...super lazy employees. I feel bad for the owner.
Expensive for a kids scoop of ice cream but location I guess. No sprinkles though.
Great spot along the walkway. Busy but efficient. Lots and lots of flavors to choose from.
I have gone to this ice cream store for years, about once a week during the summer. We went back tonight for the first time of the new summer season, as it’s Memorial Day weekend. I ordered a single cone, and it was tiny, basically a very small mound on top of my sugar cone. I asked them if they gave me a baby cone instead, and they said they changed their menu and don’t have the baby cone anymore. They said this was the size of the single cone. At $4.60, if they keep up this sizing, it’s not worth it. Hopefully the owner will train the staff to do more appropriate scoops. Otherwise I plan to skip this establishment from now on. Disappointing, since it’s been a nice treat throughout the summer.

This place is not what it used to be. I have never spent more money for so little ice cream. When you get a waffle cone you expect to get ice cream in the cone. I got a single, but it was the smallest scoop I have ever seen….on the cone. It was 100% empty outside of the tiny scoop on top.I am giving 2 stars because the employee was friendly.
Delicious at any time of year. I had the cowconut and my husband had butter pecan. Hard to decide if I didn't want to share or if I wanted to be able to share his.
Great ice cream and a beautiful view from outside! A little on the pricey side for ice cream, but they do give you a generous amount in each scoop! I also like that they allow you to sample the flavors before deciding!
Very cute ice cream shop.
It has good icecream and the people there are extremely nice.
