You really need to help this location. It wasn’t very busy but the staff was clearly overwhelmed. I waited about 30 mins past the “order ready” indication in the app. There were 2 people standing around doing pretty much nothing. Your staff didn’t even have time to say anything to people waiting at the counter. Really really poor location. By the time they actually got to me (I had to wait in line 3 times), the food was cold.

I walked in. There was 2 females preparing the food. One young man taking pizzas out of the oven. I wasn't acknowledged until an employee was going to sit down for break. Asked me if I had been helped. To which I wasn't. He tried to help but couldn't. Then I was helped by the young man. Which I was picking up 2 orders that we both done sitting in the warmer. Thus occurred 530pm 12/29. Maybe the employees need a course in getting people, ya know customers.

In the midst to compete with the likes of Little Cheesers and Domino's on top of recent years of inflation, it seems like a race to the bottom for all three including Pizza Hut when it comes to quality and quantity vs. price point.

The manger sierra was very unprofessional cussing and swearing and yelling at customers while trying to resolve an issue, very unprofessional and disrespectful. Highly recommended bring your service somewhere else.

It’s understandable to make a mistake, but it’s a bit puzzling that the same issue happened again the day after when another order was placed. It seems like there might be a lack of awareness. So with that i will stick with Mr. Scribs.. This store seem to have trouble grasping and understanding basic concepts like customers paying for extras and/ or providing the correct quantities paid for and when it comes to reading their own ticket dialogue. I really miss the Grand Rapids Plainfield location, because it gets to a point when it comes to following up with a store and being understanding. Take care 🔅

Ordered a salad with Cesar dressing and didn't get my dressing. Also the wrinkly tomatoes on my salad has seen better days. There was also wing sauce literally dripping from the box. The whole thing was meh. Definitely has gone down hill
