Ordered a salad with Cesar dressing and didn't get my dressing. Also the wrinkly tomatoes on my salad has seen better days. There was also wing sauce literally dripping from the box. The whole thing was meh. Definitely has gone down hill

Ordered a new meat lovers special, came in time, delivery driver was nice etc. But the pizza was cold and sliding together. Was junk, I would rather have gotten a 5$ hot n ready.. u got me for a 20..

I’ve been a long-time customer at this location but have recently started going to other restaurants due to the negative response from the general manager of this particular location.
I completed a survey and indicated that I may not be returning to this location because my fiancé’s order wasn’t right. The GM sent a response and was rude in my opinion. I felt as if I was being talked down to. He asked why I would give up so quickly on this franchise when we have never had a complaint thus far.
That statement was completely incorrect because I have sent negative feedback when asked to complete surveys and not once did anyone ever got back to me in seven years. I have had pizzas that were burned, toppings that were skimpy or not even put on at all when I would ask them to go “light” on toppings. I’ve also had pizzas that were cut so unequally that some pieces were tiny slivers and others were gigantic. I have also had pizzas that weren’t cut all the way through, so I had to finish cutting them myself.
Even after all this, I was willing to come back if the GM had just responded to my second email. He had offered to give us a refund on one pizza, but that doesn’t make sense when that one pizza is part of a two pizzas plus breadsticks deal. I asked for clarification on how a discount would be processed and never heard back. I made sure I sent it to two email addresses and never heard a thing.
Even after all this, I might consider returning, but not unless I get a coherent, polite response.

They are usually on the spot with everything. Gave me a salad with no forks or salad dressing. The gentleman that gave me my order told me they were out of ranch and walked away.

This location is always so slow. I had a to go order. I checked in with the person at the counter and he turned around and looked in the conveyer oven and said your pizza and breadsticks have about 3 minutes. Watched as the pizza and breadsticks came out and watched the guy hand the breadsticks to another employee who walked away with them. Then a few minutes later he shouted throw another bread stick order in across the room to the girl making the orders. I watched the pizza for my order sit there and get cold for 15 more minutes while we waited for the breadsticks to come out. Awful experience. Not the first bad experience at this location.

We only ever do pick-ups but the service is always amazing!! And food is always hot and fresh.
Vegetarian options: Just ask them if they have more options or if they can make up something. Like your normal pizza but with your specific toppings.
Parking: Decent amount of parking but sorta small.

There was a phone ringing when I left, it was still ringing when I came back and still ringing when I left without anyone ever answering it.
The pizza was not tasty at all. It was one of the worst pizzas I'd ever had. I will not go back to Pizza Hut in Grand Haven again.

Pizza came out quickly... I ordered bacon and mushrooms... I know I should have too picture but I got maybe 8 to 12 pieces of bacon I could notice... Not sure if there trying to save money but I was unimpressed... Everything else seemed fine other than the lack of care on the primary topping
