Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The manager Layesha was very rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me for asking if I could have pasta without cheese. I was aware it would burn and still wanted it but her and the guy who answered the phone gave me such a hard time I should have just canceled the order.

Don’t order online. I had a $37.97 order for a pizza box and they gave me 5 pending charges for that amount that I don’t get back for 3 business days. That’s a $190 charge to order a pizza from you guys that now don’t get back for 3 days? I appreciate that the general manager was helpful in explaining. But…Absolutely crazy to me and has never happened at any other franchise. Probably should fix that cause not everyone has $190 lying around to put on hold.

Not a good day to order a pizza from Pizza Hut. Told my order would take 20 minutes. Got there and was told quick second. Stood there for another 20 minutes with 6 others waiting and was again told the same thing. It got so bad with people waiting for their pizzas they had to stop making pizzas and answering the phone.Finally, after basically an hour since I ordered the pizzas an employee, not a manager, had to come up to tell me, they lost my pizzas and they would have to refund me. So in the end walked out empty-handed, and had to find something else for dinner.

Made an order online, it was ready quick and better yet the food was amazing and turned out perfect. Clean restaurant inside, can't say I say anything wrong with my whole experience.

Great food, Friendly people. Even gave us a cup of pineapple for my sister to put on her pizza slices (no one else wanted it--but she was good with adding her own.) Very nice of them to give it to us.

pizza hut has always been my favorite pizza franchise. I just miss when they had that extra cheese in the crust. This particular location had a fast service, and a clean place. The customer service was great and very nice people.
