If I could give zero stars I would. Went there today placed my order sat in line for 15 minutes before I get to the window and then she tells me the flavor burst machine doesn’t work I asked why didn’t you tell me that at the speaker so I didn’t wait here for nothing and she laughs and says she forgot while she and her co workers are in there laughing I will never go back

I grew up in a chocolate shop where we made our ice creams and shipped them all over the world in molds. So ice cream is a tough sell for me.

But this place does an excellent job, and the employees are extremely welcoming & friendly.

On a personal note, a chocolate malted milk shake from Skoops was my 95 yr old father's request for his last meal. He loved it!

I’ve always loved to get ice cream here, and now my friend Izz R. works there, which just gives me more insensitive to stop by. If you read this, tell her she’s doing a good job. She deserves it.

“Cookie Explosion” is the best ice cream I’ve ever had!!

We visited here for the first time and used the drive-through. I ordered a scoop of their blue moon ice cream. When our ice cream was given to us, they gave me a cup of something called blue Goo. I tried to return it. I asked for blue moon ice cream andthe worker tells me that they don’t have blue moon, Even though it’s on every menu you can find online and at all their other locations. I’ve been to their other locations multiple times and ordered this ice cream. This was so ridiculous. The blue goo was gross.

I was SO disappointed with portion size, especially for the price. We had ordered 2 Pup Cups, a large Peanut Butter & Brownie Shake, as well as a small cheesecake flurry with double cheesecake of which we paid on extra for. Maybe I'm just so used to Norm's portions with the same price point, versus Skoops. The small Flurry was in a tiny cup that was 4.5 inches tall & it was only 2/3 full with approximately 5 pieces of cheesecake bits in it and our pup cups were already completely melted when handed to us, because there was a line in the drive thru, and I'm going to assume it was all premade. Not how they used to be at all when I was growing up, going to stick to Norm's from now on.?
