I came here for the first time in vday to take my girl. We were gonna get food. We sat down. Didn't get greeted. We ordered a run punch. The guy seemed like we were a hassle because he had to make us a drink. It was dead in there. We didn't feel welcome. So we left after we finished our drink

So my buddy and I grabbed lunch at Sporty’s Bar and it was good. Living here for almost 50 years I had not been here before but knowing that Jim is managing/owner now I wanted to try it out. We had burgers, fries, and ice cold beers. Although they can’t cook the burger to order (I like medium rare), the burger was still juicy and not overcooked. Atmosphere was very nice, not what I expected. Cool bar and clean. Bartender was great too and other diners were pleasant.

Went out with my uncle and his wife. Had a great time!!One thing is bothering me. Three separate transactions. 56.50 , 72.25 and 23.50.I have no idea how I spent 152.25 at Sportys. I've never in my life spent that much at ANY bar. So this is kinda messed up.Be careful everyone.

Sporty's has grown by leaps and bounds since I started running karaoke 5 years ago. With their continued plan for growth, I can't wait to see where they will be in the next few years!!
First time I was ever in Sporty's, even though I was born & raised in Grand Haven.We had a great time.Big Daddy & his band were playing, & they opened up to having people play with them. My husband, PJ( everyone called him Pat) played with the band, & he had a great time.Met two nice ladies, Shelia & Linda. They were shaking their booties all night long. They were so sweet to me.Going to eat their the next time we go.

Sporty's is a great local bar. When you walk in, it's always friendly people and good tunes on. Awesome karaoke Friday and Saturday nights 9pm-1am. I LOVE their pizzas and they have good 'bar' burgers. Only day they are closed is Monday. Bar open Tuesday - Sunday at noon!

This is the new Rendezvous. Great service by a really nice gal named Deb. I felt at home here. It's not pretentious. Prices were good.

This is a great bar...for the most part. The bar manager and a bartender are 'involved' which apparently means the bartender can openly drink behind the bar. She ignores guests and treats others with attitude. She's been reported by numerous people and because she's in a special relationship, she gets away with it. When they work, the bar almost empties out. It's a great place when their not there. The cook is awesome!!!
