Never do a mobile order from this location. Half the time they screw it up. Today I ended up being late for work cause they made the wrong order. Didn't comminate anything other then "I'm Sorry." Then went right back to work.
Being late already, I had not time to wait or deal with trying to figure out what they are doing if they don't want to communicate. So I go to get a refund and the person working the register clearly had no clue how to do a refund.
$7 bucks was not worth the wait or hassle to get my money back. It was costing me more waiting for them to fix their mistakes. I will never order from this location again.
I will have to start going to locally owned shops.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options and will make the food anyway you want! Awesome place!
Dietary restrictions: If u need special diet food they will accommodate!
Parking: Plenty of parking spots, good food, and friendly people!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Lots of choices for kids on the menu!

I had a slight hiccup with a pickup order this afternoon, but it was handled quickly and the employees I interacted with were incredibly helpful and kind, despite being busy with orders. I’m continually pleased with the friendliness of employees at this location.

I just went through the drive through and ordered a short peppermint mocha (which was great!) but I ordered a cake pop and an everything bagel that I assumed would come with cream cheese (because who eats a dry toasted bagel?!) and it came with nothing. had I known it doesn’t come with any cream cheese I wouldn’t have ordered it. $2.95 for a dry bagel is ridiculous. Wish I would have known!

Don't waste your time. Long wait times and drinks are terrible at this location. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato like usual and the drink tasted and looked llike milk with two teaspoons of espresso.

It's a Starbucks what more is there to say? But being a fan of regular brewed coffee...they ruined it now by using the "Vertica" system which is basically a fancy Keurig...Pike Place is just not the same. On plus side, decaf is always available (but also lacks the good flavor).
