We dealt with the rudest lady ever. She had awful costumer service. She refused to put stuff on my sub and these subs are way to expensive to not get what you want. She didn't change her gloves after each sub.she also didn't have any of the food containers covered that is a health hazard.. I hope she gets fired. I will never go back there again. We also waited about 10min for her to get out of the bathroom 🤬 I will be calling corporate for sure. 0/10 experience!!!!!!!!

Came up to counter with employee standing there. No eye conact. I said 'hi' and still nothing. Stood for a full 5 minutes, and he was making maybe an online order. Refused to look at or help us. We decided to go a mile downt the street to the other subway, and a 100% difference.

Horrible I stood there and waited for 5 minutes and still nobody. The Walmart greeter could have went back there and got her attention but they don’t give a crap anymore. Nobody cares anymore and if you go to Walmart you’re only contributing to the problem. They don’t give a damn about people atleast at meijer someone would have intervened.
The bread was really stale. The young woman never smiles, never says hello, please, thank you, or you're welcome. She doesn't talk to the customers. But she is efficient in her job. It just feels a bit awkward when someone doesn't acknowledge you at all while making your food.

Terrible!! Bacon was cold even after toasted. Rotisserie chicken cold even after toasted. Lettuce was not fresh. Service was horrible.
6/3/24 420PMDespite the customer in front of me being quite rude, the young lady behind the counter was very helpful and fast. In my opinion they should have a second employee there for when it gets busier. She did an excellent job and maintained a positive attitude!

I was in this location 5/24/24. Memorial day weekend. There was 1 employee. She was busy. But she did it with grace and more!! She remained calm and was polite in every sense of the word. I asked her why was she by herself. She repeatedly said the other coworker had to leave. And it left her all by herself. I was number 3 in line. And never once did she skip a beat,mess up anyone's order due to no help. And I want to share that. Because in today's society we are full of rushed people,lazy people and more. Thank you for treating me and my order accordingly. And I hope and pray you management team value you!! Best wishes

Not clean, took forever for online order, didn’t toast either of my subs. I even double checked my receipt to make sure it said toasted and it did.

I asked not once but twice if mayo and honey mustard were put on my sandwich (as I did not see him do it) and he said yes each time. Sorry but I’ve never had a sandwich from Subway with condiments put on my meat before and not on my bread so I never saw the tiny bit until I got home. I rarely eat here, rarely complain. He was not a very good employee imo whatsoever.
