Service was lacking. Appetizers tasted better than the entrees we ordered. The entrees weren't worth it. Corn was super soft,no crunch to it, bland potatoes, and the prime rib lacked flavor and tenderness, just ended up bringing it home to the dog.On the contrary, the brussel sprouts and dumpling appetizers were both great.

We tried Copper Post for the first time tonight and our dinner started off strong. We ordered the pork dumplings and they came out in a timely manner and were phenomenal. Then as we were waiting for our quesadilla and wrap for an hour and they were not busy we were extremely disappointed, my chicken was ice cold just disappointing. I feel like our server, Rachel made up for it with the great service and honestly she provided us.

Rachel our waitress was fantastic! My Wife had the Jerk Chicken Salad and my Daughter had Coconut Shrimp and Brussel Sprouts. The Miami Cubano was my first choice but they were out of pulled pork. I settled for the Reuben. We will have to come back! The Walnut Manhattan was perfect. Cheers

Updated review:Positives first - the service was great. Evan was our waiter and he was perfectly nice and attentive. Our food also came out very fast. The drinks were okay, too!Now the food...I am so embarrassed at the quality of food we got. We got the wings and artichoke dip. Both were absolutely appalling. Seriously, possibly the worst dip and wings we've ever had. Who serves wings with the wing tip attached?? Very strange, and they were burned and dry. It said there was a dry rub...but where? The artichoke dip was super dry, like they reheated last week's extra. I feel bad saying this, but today's food was such a let down.So $60 for a few bites of sides and two drinks. Will not be returning.

We ordered our appetizer (some sort of loaded fries) and our food and after 25 min. we still had no appetizer and my boyfriend's drink was empty. The table next to us that ordered at the same time got all their food so when our waitress finally came over I asked her to check on our app. She came back 10 min. later saying it would be out soon. After waiting for 45 min. our app. was still not up and our waitress hadn't checked back I went looking for a manager and there wasn't one. Another waitress tried to help and said she'd check on our app. she came out of the kitchen with a plate of chips for us to munch on and said there were still 5 tickets ahead of us but it would be out soon. The table next to us that ordered at the same time was finished eating. We walked out. Clearly the kitchen is poorly managed.

My companion and I ate here around noon on a Sunday. Service was fine and the atmosphere was nice. Like many restaurants these days it's noisier than I would like and screaming babies on our visit made us both wince. Food, however, was a serious problem. My meal was mostly a disaster. I had a burger and fries and a cola. The fries were just OK. They weren't very hot and they weren't seasoned at all. The ketchup was a "house" brand and was just acceptable. The burger was horrible. Stale bun, tasteless tomatoes, limp pickles but the patty itself was cold and it's taste was off putting. The food came fairly quickly so it's hard to believe that the burger set very long. But it had no juiciness at all and I couldn't finish it. Literally the worst burger I have ever had, right up there with the quarter pounder from McDonalds when it has set on the shelf for a half hour. I can't recommend this place. And, though Grand Haven was busy during the Labor Day holiday, by the time we left at 12:30 there were only 5 or 6 tables with customers so perhaps the word has gotten around.

I’m only giving it a 2 star because of the servers who were wonderful. Otherwise I would avoid this place or at least be quite inebriated before choosing to eat here, in that circumstance, anything will taste good.It was about $60 on dinner for two. The chicken wings are stiff and flavorless, the Mac and Cheese felt like it had more water than cheese, the chicken tenders had bits of toughness to them. The meal made me reminisce of when I was 9 and had a dinner of microwaveable foods. For the atmosphere and allure of the place, the food is just really disappointing. Would not recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Great place if you are into fasting.

The service was great, super friendly host and server. However we waited about an hour for our food and it wasn’t really that good. The baked Mac and cheese was soggy and cold, definitely not baked. Unfortunately I can’t say I would recommend this place.

I ordered a half slab of ribs thinking it would be a decent sized portion, but there were only 4 ribs, which isn’t a half slab. Overall, the ribs were great though. We also upgraded the side to a baked mac and cheese for $4. It was a very small portion and was not baked as advertised. Looked like it came off the kids menu. The food was pretty good but not exactly as described on the menu. The service could have been better as it took a long time to get our check.

Wow this is a bad restaurant. First the sign reads burgers and brews.....2 burgers on the menu. My wife and I both ordered a burger and they were some of the toughest least flavorful burgers I have had in a long time. That said they do have a decent bun. The environment were the restaurant busy would be nice, but there are condition issues that scream neglect such as the faucet falling off the countertop in the men's restroom. Staff was friendly but wildly slow compared to the lack of customers. I would highly recommend finding another restaurant to dine at.

Very disappointing!! First impression “we should just leave” but we stayed and hoped for the best. My mojito had wilted black mint. Walleye was thin mostly breading, bland and needed salt and pepper, veggies on hoagie was wilted and tomatoes paper thin oh and no sauce on it, I had to ask for it. Chicken strips were very greasy. Teenagers liked the Mac and cheese. Brussels sprouts were good.waitress was alright she didn’t go out of her way much. Too expensive for mediocre food/service. We should’ve just waited to eat when we got to Holland many more better options of dining.
