I will come back as much as I can afford it. The vegan options are creative and delectable, the atmosphere is excellent, the service is unmatched. Whenever I’m in a group deciding where to go, I always suggest The Unicorn Tavern!

This where my partner and I had our first date. I picked her up and we just kinda drove around without any game plan. Then on a whim, stopped inside here. I really had no idea what the business was about, just seemed like an easy stop to get some food and drinks while we talked more. Ended up being blown away by how wonderful the experience was all around between the food, drinks, staff, and the aesthetic. I couldn’t think of a single negative thing to say and have regularly recommended this place to others. 10/10 would stop in here again

The Unicorn Tavern is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area! I will recommend this establishment to everyone whenever I can. We always have an amazing experience when we visit! The atmosphere is really fun and unique, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the beer selection is better than anywhere I’ve ever been, and the food is always excellent. We don’t usually have too much of a wait time, but even when we do we don’t mind because we can sit in the cool lounge area near the bar and have a drink while we wait, and enjoy all of the fun art and photos on the walls. It’s just a great atmosphere all around.
I don’t normally leave reviews anywhere I go, but I have seen a group of people spread lies on Facebook within the last few days and leave bogus negative reviews here. People ought to do their own research before believing slander online and blindly following the leader. The Unicorn Tavern is genuinely the best.

Was here on sept 18 for dinner and it was amazing!! I got one of the monthly specials which was a twist on butter chicken and it was absolutely delicious! The service was great as well. The vibes of the restaurant is cool and casual. Highly recommend!

I was not impressed at all with this place. I had high expectations considering other reviews.
Personally I felt the staff was dressed unprofessionally, for it being a restaurant and with consideration of hygiene. However, I know that's a personal perspective, but there were other tables that were commenting on the same thing while we were there.
The food was very unimpressive sadly considering the menu looked amazing and again with other reviews. We ordered the muscles which was a pretty small portion and the bone marrow bread which I was expecting to be great simply tasted like garlic bread.
I also ordered the prime rib which was lacking flavor significantly. It was honestly probably the most bland prime rib I've ever had. It also was cooked more like a medium to a medium rare when I ordered it rare to medium rare.
Even the baked potato that came with it was very unimpressive. We also ordered the scallop salad and the girl that I was with ended up throwing up all night long after we left there.
The manager or assuming it was a manager stopped by our table to ask how everything was and I shrugged my shoulders and said it was okay, then she didn't even ask what was wrong and simply walked away.
Overall this was a very poor experience especially for $75 when we didn't order any drinks.

Who would’ve guessed Grand Haven has a Belgian restaurant/tavern? We went here because my girls thought the name was really cool. Had no idea what we were getting into but it was a great surprise. Good was good and staff were very accommodating to our large group.
