Went for dinner and they had many vegan options available! Appetizers, salary, stew, main meals and even two desserts! I had the winter Roots salad which was really good and if you get the large one you better have a good appetite. I would definitely come back here.

Tonight was my wife and I first time trying the Unicorn Tavern and for sure will visit again!! The service was amazing and the food was top notch! We had the The Mushroom Poutine to start which was recommended by the server & then had the Brussels burger also recommended by our server both of these dishes were absolutely amazing!! The Brussels burger came on a pretzel bun and all of the topping were perfect!! Can’t say enough good things about this place and the service was amazing!!
Sunday brunch.... Phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere! Definitely up there with one of the best places in Michigan to grab a beer and grub!

He said, "Take me somewhere I've never been." I am allergic to gluten and wanted to try The Unicorn Tavern. They have plenty of GF and options, and the food was nothing short of amazing! Our waitress was fabulous and 10/10 with her answers and knowledge! Great food and atmosphere, and I totally wore my Unicorn socks. Thank you! I will most definitely be returning to try more of the menu!

By far hands down the best breakfast experience me and my wife have ever had. The portions are very appropriate for the price very affordable and the chicken and waffles were hands down the best i've ever had. If you want a cozy environment, great food, and amazing service, this is the place to go!

I was there with a friend when one of the employees came up saying how this is her "one free pass" and that she was not welcome back. All of this stems from my friend dating one of the employees years ago. Nothing was said between my friend and her Ex who works there this night. It was just us a couple friends having a get-together. Apparently, this person is not adult enough to leave the past in the past. It's a small town, and you're going to run into people you know and maybe don't like. I will never come back here, and will be telling everyone I know about this experience.

What an amazing place to stop while visiting the great Grand Haven. Food was fantastic, service was amazing, atmosphere was just as great. The menu was so different from your normal restaurant and we loved trying new things. Definately reccomend the visit.

I was a loyal customer since they opened, but on a recent visit their chef saw me and threatened me. I had dated him several years ago, and he is not over his feelings about the relationship. When I spoke to the owners, they supported his behavior instead of correcting it.
I can not support a business that doesn't encourage employees to keep work at work and personal at home. I'm insulted and discouraged that they support bullying over professionalism.
I was out that night with a friend who recently lost her daughter, so it is especially significant that that was the night I was made to feel so uncomfortable there. I thought they stood for better things than this. The owners are nice people and I have always gotten along with them well, but I can not support others spending their money at this restaurant based on this interaction.
