Got a large fries with half full. Got baconator fries with a clump of cheese over four fries and no bacon. Never had such an issue at any other Wendy's. And customer service is a joke.

Constantly out of chili when they have bogo Tuesday. Seems strange to promote a special every week and consistently never have enough product for the promotion. Almost every time I go, the chili container will only be 75% full also not cooked all of the way. I gave up going here because of these issues. I tried to let the staff know, but nothing is ever being done to improve.

I ordered a number 6 and a small chilli but I did not find any meat, I'm not sure if it was veggie chilli,? Lately Wendy's has been going down, is not like before

Been here 3 times this month and have been disappointed each time. The first I got two items and they forgot one of them. The second they gave me the wrong drink and only filled my chili half way. The third they gave me the wrong size chili and my drink tastes like slightly flavored water and the nuggets taste extremely old. I understand mistake are made but three times in a row is pretty wild.

Our family of 6 came for Frostys. There was no line, no one ahead of us, and it took longer than normal to get our order through and get our items. They forgot one of our frostys, so we had to wait for it, and none of which were the consistency they normally are. The frostys were very soupy. The location is ideal to our area, but after our last encounter, we will no longer go to this location for any of our frostys.

The cashier was nice, overwhelmed by the number of customers. As someone who works in customer service for many years, seeing the manager listening to ear buds in the very back, a grill area that was atrocious with so many things on the floor, a runner and drive thru person standing there doing nothing, a lobby that was covered with leftover trash, the grill people; one was standing there looking into oblivion, and the other was kicking a box around on the floor. All while the front cashier was getting backed up and had no support. I think some higher support and possibly retraining staff all the way up to manager on closing shift, would do this location some justice.
