8-28-2025 6pm. First thing we noticed when we came in was a family sitting at a table allowing their little mongrels to run freely through the restaurant with no regard to it's effect on other patrons, literally shaking the floor and repeatedly ringing some bell. As if that wasn't bad enough, we waited for about 10 minutes at the counter for someone to take our order. It looked as though the staff was to busy playing on their phones to be bothered to come take our order. We were finally greeted by someone with a room temperature personality to take our order. He wasn't rude but seemed to lack any sense of urgency. The server who brought our food was pleasant enough and the food was as expected. Overall not the best experience we've had here. Seems the staff lacks leadership.

My friend and I came in to get some food, i ordered the number 2 and asked for ranch, the young brunette girl got the ranch and put it on the counter just a little in front of the register, after we paid and she gave us our cups I still saw my ranch sitting there so I simply just grabbed the ranch I paid for assuming she just forgot to hand it to me. When me and my friend went to sit down and wait for our food we hear the girl who took my order and another brunette girl with glasses bad mouthing how it was weird that I grabbed the ranch. They were giving me dirty looks and imitating what i looked like doing it. It’s dead silent in there so I don’t know why they would think I wouldn’t be able to hear them gossiping about me. The food was good just overall nobody wants to be made fun of while trying to eat at a restaurant.

I went through the drive thru, It is always a good place to eat. The staff is great and very friendly you always get what you ordered in the drive thru unlike some other restaurants.

If you're seeking a freshly made to order meal, this is the spot. I could hear a couple great young guys communicating and working together to get quality food out hot and fresh. I'll be stopping in again!

Half-price coneys on Tuesdays was the reason for our visit,but I guess we'll have to check our order before driving away! Asked for no onions and when we got home one of our Coneys was loaded with Onions!! My wife with a TBI tried eating it and started spitting it up!! This was the Grand Ledge A&W, we live in Lansing area!
