This "was" our favorite restaurant for frozen margaritas. The margaritas have less Tequila in them now. They are not as good. Very disappointing. If you need to increase the charge, do so. But leave the Tequila alone!
We dropped in town for some hiking. At lunch time we noticed that the Cancun Mexican Grill was open and nearby. Wow, were we surprised. This restaurant has a great atmosphere with a high 1800'style ceiling, large glass windows, and embroidery on the chairs. Service was very quick. We were greeted with fresh tortilla chips and salsa. The menu is overwhelming (I can only eat one meal). The food quality was great, and we left satisfied.
Love Cancun all around. Never had a bad dish there. My favorite is the chicken chimichanga which comes with all the toppings including guac and rice & beans on the side. Chips and salsa are delicious. Reasonable affordable prices.
