My girlfriend walked into the restaraunt to get us dinner. The cook said loud enough for everyone to hear including all the patrons " Why can't we keep the doors locked at all times so people can't come in". She ordered our food and when we got home, the cook intentionally made our order wrong and it was not even warm. It seemed like he didn't even warm up any of the meat as it is still as cold as it is coming out of a fridge. Do not eat here

My lettuce not the best looks like it was taken off ground and reused, Soggy onion rings, my fish sandwich bun was so chewy like gum the wife's spicy chicken had no spice at all. this was at 5:45 pm ish today. For $30 could of been up to par on your food game

Just visited this location. Ordered a combo without pickle and confirmed with attendant working. I just arrived home and the person who I ordered it for opened it to find pickles.

Their food quality is very inconsistent. Fries are served limp and luke warm most of the time, and their burgers are frequently served cold. Their service has a lot to be desired and I used to enjoy going in with Christian music playing but it seems they’ve converted to secular music to appease the non-religious customers rather than stick to their beliefs.

Idk if it was just Father's Day, but the slowest service I waited over a half hour for a medium twist and a small heath flurry, just for it to be wrong

lady who was putting out cones was so mad and rude when we asked her what time they closed. She kept saying bye bye bye bye to us when we asked. She had short hair kind of bigger and when we called the place they were so rude and didn’t care. And as a worker in food I was kinda baffled the attitude for no reason. Understand it’s late but there’s no need to attack people when they didn’t do anything. And not to mention this isn’t the first time they were rude. I noticed a pattern that this specific staff of people get too overwhelmed and take it out on anyone that comes through whether it’s someone who is rude or not but that’s customer service??‍♀️ Feel sorry for the people that have to work with the lady talking out the cones through the drive through tonight. Seems like a hostile environment coming through every time.

This was our first visit to this location. What we witnessed last night was something out of this world. The place was so busy and backed up in the drive thru, that inside orders were taking a bit longer than expected. We watched people get upset, but Jordan kept his head up and stayed calm. His attitude was incredible. He displayed the most mature personality with customer service that I have ever witnessed since Covid. When he brought out our food, I thanked him and told him how great he was and to not let the complaining go to his head. He is doing a phenomenal job. Thank you for your great customer service.

Their $7 meal is a delicious deal. I absolutely loved the tenders, burger and cheese sticks with the sundae. The service was amazing. Food came out hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!

I wish i could go here more often my friend has bought me a few 6pc chicken strip baskets, and small heath blizzards. Good food overall 5 stars.
