What's happening? Loves employees no longer have name tags, Hardees has breakfast menu up and wont serve it because it lunch?!?! General manager needs to show up here more often!

Try to order biscuits and gravy. The cashier tells me, they are completely out of gravy. So while we ate sitting there some one walks in orders biscuits and gravy the cashier tells them it will be a 10 a 10 minute wait. Then I ask why we were all told they were out of gravy the cashier says oh he had already ordered. I said NO he ordered way before him at least 20 minutes and you were complete out of gravy. This restaurant needs some new management

Team members more interested in talking each other than to warm up the burger. The best I can say is get something hot off the Loves roller grill or Subway. Best I can say is just don't.

Usually go here 1x a month. Went on 7/25/2025 thru drive thru. The order was messed up. Incorrect items. We tried calling 3x after we realized but no response. No receipt was given.
