Hungry Howie's Pizza

Stopped in for a Howie Roll and it was SO GOOD!! I loved it!! The staff was friendly and fast - about 5 minutes from the time of ordering to taking out and enjoying. We're very lucky to have great pizza choices in Grand Ledge!

They were busy, but just waiting to make the salad and it would be ready. Waited 15+ minutes for that salad. When I got my food, it wasn't hot, mildly warm.

Everything was great, but the prices. Spent $50 for a large pizza with 2 toppings and some wings. Not to mention the $7.99 delivery charge that was from Doordash (despite me using the Howies App)

Manager was not helpful at all, her response to their mess up was yeah opps we forgot…..

Ordered food and went to pick it up as the website was ready. It wasn't ready. They messed up a pizza and had to wait 20 minutes. Didn't have any coupons for the next visit to take off but instead wanted to write down a name so the GM could determine what to do. No thanks. Good food though.

Just ordered food. They delivered pizza, but not my 2 liter.

I called up to the restaurant and the manager told me that she couldn’t guarantee it would be redelivered but she offered a credit.

I told her that was unacceptable and it should be relievered. She told me she uses door dash and it’s out of her control. She hung up on me.

So I called back and asked for the store managers name and number and the number to corporate.

She told me she couldn’t give out any personal information.

I asked her “Is the name and number to composers “personal information”? How about the name of the franchisee?

She said she didn’t know, so I knew she felt caught with her pants down. When I told her I wasn’t in the mood for games, she hung up on me

Quick service and great food everything was fresh and my cashier had the pinkest aura I’ve ever seen! (I actually work as a palm reader so I know these things) Great staff at this location!

I stopped by and grabbed a BBQ pizza last night, one of my coworkers was eating some at work today and it looked delicious. I had to stop and grab one and holy smokes!!!! It was fantastic!!! I usually order pizzas with pizza sauce but I definitely got a new go to pizza from here! The customer service was beyond exceptional, I felt like we where all friends by the time I got my piping hot fresh pizza directly out of the oven! I been going here for years and will definitely be many more years! Thank you Hungry Howie's team!

Have been coming here for years. We order weekly. Must have at least ordered over 100 times. They messed up once but that has been about a year ago. I like ordering online because I can avoid any miscommunication. Usually fast service. The food is great and the staff are friendly. Due to my medical condition, I am always looking for a low carb options. Hungry Howies thin crust pizza is the lowest carb pizza out there.
