Usually a very nice place to eat, but it's not always consistently so. This is typical with many restaurants that are open long hours. But, I still hold this as one of my favorites.

Group of 18 ladies. Served with smiles. Liked that coffee and water were served in pitchers dor ease of refills. Many of us has the $6 meal deals and were very satisfied. Great service with smiles. I did give them a heads up that a large group was coming .

The food was all cooked amazingly! Eggs benedict, crepes, potatos, waffles, all delicious. Some of it was not what we ordered though. The server was very nice! Atmosphere gets a three because the building is split with a gas station š¤£. I'd go back there to eat again for sure. It was not busy when I went.

Fantastic lunch experience IHOP never disappoints! The classic burger were juicy and delicious, the starry was fresh, and the service was top-notch. I love the variety on the menu ā whether youāre in the mood for sweet or savory, theyāve got something for everyone. Definitely a dine-in or to-go spot for breakfast or lunch!

We ate here twice, my husband is a truck driver so we stopped for his break, evening meal wasn't too bad at all, we come back for breakfast and either of us could eat it. Biscuits and gravy was awful for him to eat it and my veggie omelet was swimming in butter/grease. Fruit bowl looked like it was well past its use date I just couldn't eat it. My husband also had to inform a waitress on the evening that someone had been waiting 20mins for her to actually serve him. Id definitely not go back to this ihop again. Staff were friendly but didnt seem to pay much attention to customers needs. This doesnt reflect on other ihop restaurants we been too.

One day I tried to call for carry out and got no answer. Later weeks later they answered for my carry out order. I was excited but get there and when I did it took way more time then they said over the phone. Seemed to rush the food like the person who took my order didnāt punch in the order in time

I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich with extra avocado, sub the tomatoes for roasted cherry tomatoes with ranch on the side.....My Sandwich only had lettuce, cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, with fried chicken.....no avocado or bacon was added to my sandwich....so I had to ask my waiter to give me what was missing because my order was wrong.....thank you to my waiter for doing his job right.

If I could give this IHOP more than 5 stars, I would. They are almost family to my husband and I. We are regulars for breakfast every Saturday. The service is excellent, friendly and fast. The food is top of the line. Breakfast menu is extensive with some of the best omelets and pancakes, of course. Portions are generous. Melissa and her staff are the best.

Disappointing experience at IHOP. The āhouse of buttermilk pancakesā had no buttermilk pancakes available. When ordering dishes that included pancakes, they offered to substitute with gluten-free pancakes, but still charged the additional fee ā even though it was their shortage, not ours. The gluten-free pancakes had poor flavor and texture, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual. Service was also disappointing: our server kept forgetting parts of our order, even though we were the only table at the time, and later mixed up the items when splitting the bill. We were giving IHOP another chance, but unfortunately, it let us down again.
Matt is the GOAT! Great server! He was super nice and made our experience at IHOP great. Yummy food as well and we got everything quickly!

My order was very good. My co workers an I enjoyed it. The only reason was the service I was getting from an older waitress. She seemed too too busy to help me with anything. I told her I had a pick up order an that she didn't even bother to help me out. There was a younger girl that was very nice an pleasant that help me which I thank her an got my order no problem. Besides that rude service everything else was fine. I would do it again but hope I get the same server that helped me.
