Dined in on a Saturday night. No wait. Pleasant service. Relatively timely service. Waitress apologized for the one time it took her to come back when we wanted our check. I love that my kids can get their favorite cupcake pancakes, and my husband can get a burger because he doesn't love breakfast foods. All of the food came out hot and delicious. I got the veggie egg white omelet, and it was better than I expected. I will definitely be getting it again. Jalapeño burger and fish platter were also tasty per my family members. Fries were yummy but a little on the skimpy side. Overall- we had a great experience. Food prices have gone up, but as a special treat, it's worth it.

I recently visited IHOP and waited for about 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by a server. Despite staff members passing by multiple times, no one stopped to offer service or even a greeting. The neglect was blatant and left me feeling ignored. For a place known for its breakfast offerings, the service was below par - truly disgusting. If you're looking for a meal with attentive service, this might not be the place.

Restaurant looks nice but the food was absolutely not worth it. Stressed out unhappy looking staff. Crunchy overpriced pancakes. Very expensive thin bacon. My daughter asked for no strawberries on her crepes and the cinnamon on the side but they brought out flat bare nothings and we still paid full for it. Giving 2 stars because my sons food looked nice. Not going back though. Not worth the money

Staff was good and friendly. The store clean. But the food was horrible. Mcdonald's has them beat. Hashbrowns were cold, toast was hard as a Rock and $3.49 for 1 slics. Bacon way over cooked, sausage under coocked. Gravy bland and a little runny.

Open 24 hours but no service.
My friends and I stopped in at this IHOP around noon on a Friday. There was no one at the host stand, so we stood around awkwardly for several minutes. In this time, another couple came in behind us and one of them walked back into the restaurant to track someone down. They came back to us and said that the employee said we should just sit down and someone would get to us.
After sitting down, the same person who went to find an employee brought us menus because we still hadn't seen an employee. We sat at the table for about 10 minutes and only saw one employee walking through the dining room and not acknowledging any of the people in the restaurant.
We eventually got tired of waiting and left. We went down one exit on the highway to a Bob Evan's and got fantastic service there.

My wife was too lazy to cook breakfast and pick up some Breakfast samplers.Food was right on and cooked to perfection.Tasted great for take out.Lately all fast food places have dropped standards and its good to see that some businesses are still offering a quality product at an affordable price.Oh yah the box that seperates the pancakes from the rest of food is right on.

Went in last night at about 5 PM. Seated ourselves. Very clean inside. The waitress came right over and greeted us. Took a couple minutes to look at the menu and placed the order. I got the omelette with everything in it and hash browns. My wife got the vegetarian omelette and hash browns.. The order came out with everything as expected. Ordered the stack of pumpkin spice pancakes to take home for breakfast today. Enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. My wife is a somewhat picky eater so it was nice to hear her say she would love to come back again. That doesn't happen often. I'll eat anything anywhere!! Prices were a little more than we anticipated but still within reason. I gave a 5 rating for the service but the lady deserved a 10. I highly recommend this establishment.

Step one: order food online Step two: show up at time listed food should be done Step three: wait 10 minutes past pickup time before anyone notices you're there. Step four: get handed part of your order and get asked "did you have a drink or something" and reply "yeah I had a milkshake". "OH I think they're making it now Step five: wait another 10-15 minutes to get milkshake while your hot food gets cold.
Horrible service. Won't eat here again.

And try call someone by saying Hello… there one lady rudely responded… stay away from kitchen… I explained her I been waiting from long time and not entering in kitchen also.And still she couldn’t replied politely”please wait there someone with you shortly”….
