Got the #9 with tomatoes onion oil and vinegar. THE COUNTER must of been dirty cause my sandwich bread had mustard and pickles on it i hate pickles and dont like mustard and it was all over my bread so all I could taste was the two thing I dont like and didn't want, the bread was finally soft, and the roast beef was not fatty like in the past but the dirty counter getting mustard all over my bread ruined so disappointed.

The best sandwich in Lansing! GL location is the best local too. Great employees, great food. Price is what it is, not a low cost place, but large portion enough for more than one meal/serving.

For many years Jersey Giant in Grand Ledge was a staple on our weekly menu. Several years ago we had a bad experience with the quality of food and elected to no longer purchase sandwiches there.
Last night we decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, the sandwich quality was once again absolutely terrible. The sandwich was soaking wet as it was smothered in mayo, and Jersey Juice (their version of vinegar and oil) and covered with brown lettuce.
Their pricing is off the charts too as it cost $30 for a full #8 and a half #14. We are able to get a full meal of rolls, salad, steak, and veggies or fries at Texas Roadhouse for that price!
Jersey Giant in Grand Ledge - you have lost our business for good.

I come to this specific location not only the suns are great but a few of the ladies that work there are absolutely delightful. One in particular i learned today lost her job because of a man who lied and mislead his information. This particular girl absolutely made my days better and made me smile when no one else cares . Since I am a customer who lives close and spends my money often there . I would hope that my opinion and experiences with E G would be help higher then a man who had decided to take it out on a minor and stretched the truth since it was 8:51 not 830 .

I am never ever coming to this location again, I have always gone here because I absolutely love their subs but tonight Jan 18th I drove an hour to this specific location for my sub. I had a long day and that is all I wanted. I arrive 30 minutes before close (8:30pm) just wanting one sub. I walk in and this female worker behind the counter is on the phone with her boyfriend and after waiting for a second she said we cannot serve you we stopped serving customers. The open sign was still on, it says open until 9 and I wasted an hour of my night to drive out there before close and get denied service? I will never ever be coming back to this location you have permanently lost my service. When I stated it wasn’t 9pm yet her boyfriend who was on the phone said “do I need to come up there” I wasn’t trying to fight or argue, I walked out. Beyond mind blown that I get denied service a whole half hour prior to close plus her boyfriend trying to fight a customer for trying to order prior to close.
The amount of toppings on these subs is pretty disappointing considering they cost close to 20 bucks. We came home and added stuff from the fridge. Probably won’t be back for awhile. It’s simply not worth the cost.

I love my Grand Ledge Jersey Giant. They take such good care of us when we come in. Friendly people are always working. It's a breath of fresh air. The two ladies last night were super busy. But they were busting out sub after sub, and the interactions with the customers were amazing. ♡

They don't change their gloves in between making orders and cashing people out. The girl made 3 sandwiches before mine, rang the people up touching, wiped the counter off with her hand then came back and made my sanwhi h with the same gloves on and proceeded to ring me out with those gloves on.
