Grand Ledge McDonald's is one of the best in the area. My food is always hot and fresh, the staff is super nice and you get in and out of there in no time

So first off, we order our food. The lady named “Madelyine” gave us grief about wanting water cups. We were genuinely thirsty and its your job so whats the problem?!?! Next we get our food and we got it to go so we went outside. When we entered our vehicle, we found that we were missing a big mac. How do you miss the biggest thing on your menu?? I don’t know. We go back inside and ask for our big mac. We provide a receipt and have the bag of food. My friend then asked for a water cups because he hadn't gotten one, she got angry and stormed away. So when we were waiting for about 15 minutes for one big mac, she was getting the table markers from other customers. When she got back to the counter, she would throw them right by me and my friend. Some ended up on the floor, at this point other customers had noticed and started laughing. We eventually got our one big mac after waiting 15 minutes. But then she wouldn’t provide my friend his water cup. We waited another 7 minutes after we received the big mac and didn't get the water cup. We then just left out of annoyance.

MADELYN ONLY!! I don’t mind this location it’s a McDonald’s it what you expect. But MADELYN is an extremely unprofessional employee. I witnessed another customer give their complaint to her and when the customer left the building she began to loudly mock her and make fun of the customer. I witnessed as another customer with the same complaint waiting to speak with her. Very rude! I do not know why she is the manager with such a horrible attitude and disdain for the people who keep her paid and employed.
The complaint was we paid for and ordered breakfast on the app but they would not make our order because our geo location wasn’t close enough to the restaurant. Now we have money in limbo and in this economy that’s really not great

Went threw the drive threw at 10:19pm and my pie was perfect just amazing better then my grandma’s and that’s hard to do!!! For fast food the always fill me up and umm I eat here almost everyday and I’m still losing weight!!!

The employees at this location always go above and beyond! Wonderful staff!
They asked us to pull forward. Gave us a pie for the wait. When I got home they only gave us one out of the three sandwiches. We came back and they still messed up the order. They only had 1 sandwich. I did not want to wait around for the other sandwich. Make certain you check your order before you leave.

The self - serve fountain drinks inside has been eliminated. You have to go to the counter to get a refill now. I understand that people can be pigs, and that they can make messes. I understand that they try to steal drinks too. However, I think corporate has crossed a line. If I can't even get my own drink, I will go elsewhere. Period. Why stop there? Eliminate the GD bathrooms too. Time to avoid this place.
