The self - serve fountain drinks inside has been eliminated. You have to go to the counter to get a refill now. I understand that people can be pigs, and that they can make messes. I understand that they try to steal drinks too. However, I think corporate has crossed a line. If I can't even get my own drink, I will go elsewhere. Period. Why stop there? Eliminate the GD bathrooms too. Time to avoid this place.

Waited for over ten minutes ordered at Kios very slow walked away and drove down the street. There was one car in drive through and very few in lobby .

Peak breakfast time, 3 cars both drive through lanes. Me driving away less than 5 minutes later with my order (special order too). Food was hot and fresh.
👍👍 actually, their drive-thru is typically very good. Can't speak to the interior, never been.

The young man taking food orders at the counter was exemplary. He engaged with each customer on levels the the customer could relate with. I've never witnessed waitstaff anywhere, who truly takes a genuine interest in the customer. I wish I had gotten his name so I could put it here. Bravo young man! Job WELL done! The fish, fries, and drink were typical. A young person mopped the entire floor, and it was extremely slippery. There were quite a few customers eating inside. It was scary to walk for my friend and myself. A man carried his child to the restroom, saying to his child, "I don't want you to fall." A way to not encourage a slip and fall lawsuit would be to dry mop. Even after my meal, the floor was still very slippery as I walked out of McDonalds.

It’s one thing to get my order incorrect, almost every location does (quarter pounder, ketchup and mustard only) but when we returned to the store to get it corrected and get questioned “are you sure it’s supposed to be ketchup and mustard only” when the order tag is clearly on top of the box. And continue to be snobby about remaking the sandwich. Definitely a fast food restaurant ?

I just got coffee, but it didn't taste so awesome, and there was an inordinate amount of coffee grounds, after two thirds of a large cup. I used the drive-thru. The service was unfriendly. ?‍♀️
