Waited in line for 30 mins. Finally went up to place our order at 10:40am and was told what I wanted wasn’t available because breakfast was over at 11am. I asked to speak to the manager. She had very poor communication skills and customer service. I asked for some type of compensation and she said too bad, She wasn’t doing anything. If I could put a lower rating I would. I asked the employee at the window what the managers name was and he didn’t even know it. He had to ask her. That speaks for itself. I was later told her name is Cassie. Horrible service. Not impressed to say the very least.

Understandable that I walk in two minutes before the lobby closes driving a vehicle that will not fit through the drive through. 13ft tall. Instead of being welcomed in so I could spend my money and help pay wages, benefits, overhead etc I was rudely told we are closed. As I sit here 20 minutes later there are still cars driving through being waited on. What a shame.

The restaurant manager at 10945 W. Grand River Ave. Grand Ledge, MI 48822, Restaurant number 24103, was very rude and disrespectful when I called back to report how poorly made my burgers were. I even paid extra for bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato that the cook barely put on the burgers and slopped together. There was even unidentifiable black stuff on one of them that looked disgusting. She told me the managers made the food and acted like SHE was offended that I was complaining. Then she even hung up the phone on me. I will never go back there again and she should be fired.

I really had fun here! The person working the counter was in a jazzy mood and we had lots of laughs. Then a biker dude strode in and we noticed he had some sort of receipt or label or something stuck to his boot sole. His struggles to detach the paper were hilarious. He was laughing too. All that said, the food came quickly, the order was correct and it seemed like the price was low-ish even tho this McD's is just off a hwy ramp. It's attached to a Mobile gas station and convenience store. Nice place to stop for food, beverages, bathroom break.

Had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the drive-through with one person ahead of me, then was asked to wait more when I got up to the kiosk. Not good. Supposedly this is the time they are not busy between 645 and 7 AM will be avoiding in the future.

ABSOLUTE SLOWEST McDonald’s. We own a business down the road and this location has gone downhill bad over the years. It’s at an all time low. Nobody cares about your wait or how many cars are wrapped around the building. ZERO common sense.

One of the employees in the window was super friendly, but they forgot to give us our breakfast sandwich (nearly half our order). We didn't notice til we were on the highway and didn't have time to turn around. We tried to call them several times, but they don't answer their phone. Disappointed, and still hungry.

Worst food I have ever had. Gross very cold fries and burger was lukewarm. Worst meal I have ever had. Never again I will never go back very GROSS FOOD. They ALWAYS do that to the people in the Drive Thur.
