My issue is that if the last five times I’ve been there over the course of 5 months…. My order has been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The workers are pleasant and the speed is as expected. So, today they gave me butter and syrup but no pancakes, ordered a sausage muffin for my son and he received a biscuit. Last time ordered no onions or sauce on the steak bagel and received both. Before that ordered a sausage McMuffin and received ham and cheese on a biscuit. Like where is the training? Why is it I get every order wrong even when there’s no customizations to the order? This location is the most convenient, but I will pass this location and drive all the way into grand ledge to the Saginaw location from now on.

Ordered double cheese no pickle no onion and what they gave me was a cold double cheese with picked-off pickle (could see the indentation in the cheese) and scrapped-off onions. If I wasn't already on the highway I would have gone back. I wasn't able to eat it.

Bought a mcgriddle from there and I new something was off smelt funky when I bite into it it tasted terrible I couldn't even eat it something was old on it and there inside service is so slow and there where nats all by the pop machine but wat really makes me madis how terrible the food was
