Inside dirty, all windows filthy, no napkins even after told dispenser was empty, too much laughing and carrying on by employees and our hamburgers were COLD, meat was cold and cheese was still cold! Will never stop there again.

Went through the drive thru and they completely messed up our order and charged us for someone elses order and come to find out there was a whole lobby of people inside that had not gotten their orders who had been waiting for 30 minutes or longer. After 45 min of waiting outside I went in only to wait another 30 min to get my money back along with the 20+ people waiting in the lobby that all wanted their money back. There were also a number of us who were mocked by some of the employees for wanting to talk to a manager because of our wait. Will never be back to this mcdonalds

Started out alright. We had a rather large order, so the fact it took awhile wasnt overly a surprise. But the store quickly filled with fryer smoke. Manager explained they had pulled a fryer. Most likely for cleaning or whatever the case is. The store was unbearable. My wife had to leave. They did toss us to go bags in case. Just not an ok or safe practice. The health concerns aside, I've been running restaurants for 25 years. This kind of task should never be done during times when the publics health can be so negatively effected.

Unbelievable ordered a Large Carmel Frappe on 8/6/25. Half the cup literally was cheap whip cream. Don't think I will be back what a shame. Got a small literally with whip cream. Charged for a large and half the cup of frappe was chunky ice a i couldn't suck through the straw anyway. Forgot my hashbrown too.
Ordered 10 piece nuggets that we later found out were not in the bag.

Use to be a 4 star. It has went down hill the last couple months. Worst part is they lost all the good employees. Bring back the team from January. Like John. These people can't make a. Proper sandwich. Go to light on sauce or way to much. They have been forgetting food. I am switching to another mcdonald's.
