Felt like I was in a funeral home. Pizza under cooked. Wait staff in back playing grab ass and not checking up on customers. Only went back because of a gift card. This reminded me on why I stopped going to pizza hut. Little Cesers still better by far.

My husband and I were in Sera and hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in so long that we thought we would try this location. Giving it a 1-star rating is too harsh. We came in and were not greeted, sat down, and three employees said someone should be with us shortly without offering a menu or drinks while we waited. After sitting there for 10 minutes, we left - awful service.
My order was made and delivered quickly. The pizza and bread sticks were hot and fresh. Phenomenal job Marshall and crew!

While waiting for someone to take my order one worker stood at the cash register on their phone looking at me while one was making food then after my order was taken I then had to wait for one to finish texting and the other to find a song before my food was even started I couldn’t help but laugh

Went in here tonight for dinner, there was only one other table who already had their food. We got our drinks quickly but then after 20 minutes with no one coming back to take our order we walked out.
