I bought my son a Pizza Hut gift card for Christmas this year. We have always loved Pizza Hut and usually go to the one in Grand Ledge, MI because we enjoy dinning in and I also knew he would enjoy the gift. Unfortunately, he was not able to use the gift card because the people working at the time had no idea how to enter it in the system. Why is she working the register if she dont know how and had no one to ask. I did call and was given an excuse. I'm glad my son had money to pay for his food although he should not have had to. It was a $50 card.

Had a young kid named Isaiah as our server. I think he was thinking he could be lax since my husband and I look like a younger couple, we had our 2yr old son with us, and also had the worst experience I have ever had anywhere to date. When we arrived we were the only people dining in. Our experience started with the server pulling up a chair and not saying a word, I proceeded to order our drinks. When he brought an extra plate for my son he kind of tossed it on the table. Mine and my husband’s silverware were also thrown on the table, our son’s silverware was handed to him about an inch from his face expecting him to grab it. Then I asked for some ranch and he said “no” and walked towards the kitchen and punched the side of the counter on his way to get some. I assumed he was being sarcastic however it was not clear at all especially with the added punch. When he finally decided to refill our cups he picked up my husbands cup without saying anything and put it in my husbands face and shook it, then said “straw” when he clearly didn’t understand what he wanted. To top it all off, my husband was getting my son ready to go and he grabbed my sons hat took the gloves out of it and put my sons hat on my son without asking us. The food was good but I would have never guessed that all could have happened in one evening.

The. Breadsticks were fantastic! This is the reason I go to pizza hut, they never disappoint. I miss the old crust on the pan pizza but the hand tossed has a nice sweet addition that helps the loss. The bathroom needs to be cleaner more often and a deeper clean. There is just something about going to a restaurant that doesn't have clean bathroom that good food can't fix. We arrive when they first opened so there isn't any reason it shouldn't have been clean but to my dismay it didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. Staff was friendly and did a good job for only two of them working. I still belive a pepperoni, onion, black olive and mushroom pizza should be standard on a menu but I get that maybe I'm just odd. Will likely return in the future.

I have never had a worse experience. The 5 star reviews must have been for an entirely different crew. There were dead bugs on the windowsill, a dead bee on the turnstile that holds ketcup, napkins, etc. We had to wait for EVERYTHING. And, NOT just a few minutes. There were 2 other tables eating when we got there, both of those tables had to get up and ask for bills and boxes. I saw at least 6 staff. After our order was finally taken, (we had to go and tell them). We received the pizzas in a timely manner. One, burnt, the other order was incorrect. We left. I honestly don't know how they stay open.

We walked in after another party ordered 12 pizzas. It was a wait however the food was really good. I recommend bringing your family to this pizza hut
Pizza was so delicious, hot and fresh. Quick to be seated and served. Mostly, Issah is a great server, he’s friendly, fast and very attentive. I look forward to seeing Issah as our server every time we stop in. The rest of the staff is also very nice but Issah definitely makes my day.

Fantastic food and service. We stopped in a month ago for lunch and I thought it would be a great place for a Birthday party. Marshall, the manager and Raymond, the assistant manager went out of their way to help us plan our menu and party.. Natalie and Marshall had all the food ready and served 20 of us without a problem. The party was perfectI can’t say enough about the food and all the service here. If you want great pizza in a super clean and cute environment, the Grand Ledge Pizza Hut is the place to go for lunch, dinner or a party. Let Pizza Hut do all the work and you can just relax and enjoy your party and have a great time! Open for lunch, or dinner.
