Im not sure what happened in the 3 years ive lived in grand ledge but this taco bell USED to be below average... today i went there and its like they just got done playing a game of hokey, pokey because they turned their selves around... taking ownership of mistakes, FAST service, wet wipes with food that has a lemoney scent.. food quality has improved drastically. Items are not missing from meals. I will be visiting more frequently.. keep it up there T-Bell.

Every time I come to this taco bell I'm so delighted with how friendly the staff Is, I almost always order my food after 5 and without fail it's done within minutes of my mobile order, always Is pleasant to order from here and sad I can't do it more often. Amazing!

This is becoming something of a regular occurrence for me which is really irritating, it’s so frustrating that every single time I come to get food from this location it’s messed up and then I’ve got angry kids or angry girlfriend or I’m angry, like asking for something simple like a cup for sour cream or for my food to be made without tomatoes, because I’m allergic, like it seriously seems like your workers there just don’t give a crap and just are okay with constantly missing items in an order or making them wrong, and I’ve worked in food service and fast food for a long time so I get it but the people who work there still make more than I ever did when I worked in fast food, give better training or actually pay your people to care about not messing stuff up. When orders are made correctly food costs will inevitably go down because you won’t be comping orders or remaking food, just make it right the first time and the issue will vanish

Only suggestion I would have is this location is to wrap there hardshell tacos tighter at the top of the taco and place them upside down in the bag/box. The bottom of the taco is not mush by the time you get home stays and stays crispy. Keeps the taco as if it was just made.

Do not order delivery after 8 pm from here.. my burrito was poorly made and was falling apart and the “hard” taco that I got was crumbs with a pile of lettuce.

This Taco Bell needs to shut down or get new management. We’ve ordered here 3 seperate times thinking no way it can get worse and sadly it’s the only Taco Bell around. It has been equally awful ever time, food is completely inedible, order is missing half of what we ordered, etc. Reading the reviews it’s obvious this Taco Bell has major management issues. Never again- this has turned Taco Bell as a whole off for us.
