They still don't want to personally take your order forcing a paying customer to use their automated teller. You'd think it would lower the price of a taco, but no!

This Tacobell has the best Employees and atmosphere out of any of the ones I've been to. The store is clean, the employees are kind and lively, and I've rarley had any sort of issues, and I've certainly never had one that wasn't swiftly rectified. This is my favorite fast food restaurant in the lansing to Grandledge area.

I just got home after ordering through the drive thru. I got a steak quesadilla (with extra steak and extra jalapeño sauce) and a large nacho fry. Once I got home my large nacho fry was only half full and my quesadilla was TINY, like they used a tortilla from a soft taco to make it. I don’t know if they were training a new employee or trying to stretch inventory. If they were running low they could have communicated that. As a manager myself if I was short on the right sized tortillas I’d offer them 2. If they were short on steak then tell me that so I could order a regular sized quesadillas and NOT pay for extra steak I never got. If they didn’t have enough fries for a large COMMUNICATE that and I would have gotten a small. I ended up paying $14 for a meal I only received half of. Oh and to make it EXTRA SPECIAL, my quesadilla was balled up at the bottom of the sleeve they put it in.

A good Taco Bell restaurant. New crew is doing a better job post Covid. But it can be hit or miss. We have had some trouble with incomplete orders and then unanswered phone calls. Update: it has gotten slightly better with the new management.

Every time we stop here or get doordash from this location we are missing numerous items. One time I was sent an empty drink cup… EMPTY. Food is no different than other locations.

Im not sure what happened in the 3 years ive lived in grand ledge but this taco bell USED to be below average... today i went there and its like they just got done playing a game of hokey, pokey because they turned their selves around... taking ownership of mistakes, FAST service, wet wipes with food that has a lemoney scent.. food quality has improved drastically. Items are not missing from meals. I will be visiting more frequently.. keep it up there T-Bell.
