My wife and I made a trip to the UP in the office season. This was the 1st place we sat down and ate at. And it set the tone for our whole trip. Our server was really nice. And gave us plenty of time to figure out what we wanted. I had the filet with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was very well prepared. My wife had the spinach chicken Alfredo and she really enjoyed it. Side note, the rolls where surprisingly good 😅

Im a wedding photographer and I was working a small wedding here. Amazing and super friendly staff amd owners. Beautiful rustic charm mixed with an outdoorsmen theme with mounted hunting trophies. Gift shop area upstairs. Stunning true yooper, northern michigan roots! Absolutely love this place.

The food was so good and the service was even better. We came back 3 times during our stay. They have the best meatloaf! The biscuits and gravy were a real treat when we came back for breakfast on the way out of town😊
