I was exploring the eastern end of Pictured Rocks and was looking for a place to get something to eat/drink. I saw this place on Google Maps and decided to give it a shot based on the reviews. I am so glad I did! What a cool coffee shop! I got a cinnamon roll from inside the building and then my drink, which I think was a pancake latte? french toast latte? Anyway, something similar to that was served from a VW bus outside. I enjoyed both the drink and the cinnamon roll on picnic...
We love this place. Its must stop every time Come to Grand Marais . Great latte. Good cinnamon rolls. And my girlfriend loved the gluten free muffins. We sometimes get latte twice a day from there when we go.
I had a great coffee here this morning and everyone is so nice. They also sell art supplies, which is just so smart. So if inspiration strikes you while you're staying in this beautiful town, you know where to find fuel and the tools to do some art. Oh, and great designs for Grand Marais Tshirts and sweaters, which is nice--modern and cute. Obviously I would highly recommend this place.
